While doordashing I had an order to pick up from here and the workers had no sense of urgency. I’ve worked for taco bell before and am aware of the speed standards. These workers would not meet that by any metric. They marked my order ready for pickup then had me wait an additional 20 minutes before I unassigned the order myself so as to not waste any more of my time that I could’ve spent much better on other orders.

This is the best Taco Bell in the area. I’m sorry Taco Bell, I just don’t get fast food five stars. But I always drive past the Taco Bell on airport and head to Jones Valley to get my cheesy bean and rice burrito. Not only is the staff much nicer, but the dining room is always clean and the bathrooms are top-notch. The drive-thru can be a little hit or miss, when they do the bait and switch and ask you to pull around to park it in the parking space and they’ll bring out your food to you.

Ordered the 7.00 lux box Fresno style as I can do daily. It will put me in hospital. Also ordered a bean burrito Fresno style with meat. My nephew ordered 2 potato burritos.
My food had cheese on it and my bean burrito was not fresco. Very disappointed. This has happened before at this location and I can’t say I will be back any time soon. I tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone

I placed the order in the app from my location, planning to be in the area of the restaurant about 10 minutes later, feeling that the order would be ready since I was pressed for time. I showed up, told the driver thru I was there for pickup and there was one person already at the window. When I got to the window I could see my quesadilla being made and realized nothing was prepared roughly 10 minutes later after the PREPAID app order. I waited what was another 7 minutes at the window until my order was complete. App seems to be pretty pointless for efficiency or time savings. Only for rewards and for the restaurant to track me, but I m not sure what they do with that since it hasnt improved the customer experience

I just had the worst experience that I ever had in a restaurant period. I got a customized item and I guess that pissed them off. They just threw rice and chips. Its missing 6 things.
I thought maybe its a mistake but I was almost the only one there and that’s not the only thing… they also gave a lot of of sauce, but the ONE type I asked for so that speaks volume.
Please think about people when you do things like that. I had a very rough day and I have been sitting crying since I got back. I just don’t get it, why been so mean? This was my favorite restaurant, I would drive extra because I loved the crew and food there so thanks for that. (what you see on the pic, is $15 worth of food)

Why is it so difficult to heat up the food? I love taco bell but no one wants unmelted cheese on their quesadilla. & the employees are… well not very polite.

I ordered a freeze. I have no idea what they gave me, but it was not frozen. It was also leaking all down the cup and lid. They put napkins on top of it and made a joke about filling it too full. My Husband’s was fine. Frozen and in tact. So no clue what the issue was.

They lied to me, I asked for a Baja blast and they said they didn’t have any , then I pulled to the window and there’s a Baja blast literally byside him. All I wanted was my Baja blast .

Workers are always nice, but we’re either missing something out of every order or the food is old (chalupa bread hard, or soft tacos cold and soggy paper). If you email what’s on the receipt for a refund for missing items, you’ll never get a response.

Refused to make anything grilled or fried and out of several items. You can not close forty minutes early and leave your ordering system on. They are impacting delivery drivers and customers with their laziness.
