Everybody knows what to expect for taste from Taco Bell, that was spot on today, no problem there. The problem was they advertise what a crunchy taco supreme looks like, I ordered one with extra beef, and this is what was given to me. Less than half of what was advertised on a regular crunchy taco supreme.
Had I not ordered to go, been in the car, and too far away to turn around, I would have exchanged it. Giving the Taco Bell staff a chance to make right what they got wrong was not an option for me.

Originally they made a slight Boo boo with my original order but they went above and beyond fixing the slight issue. The remade tacos were absolutely great and delicious . The shells were very fresh and soft while the meat & taco was hot, & plenty of toppings. My order was made with really minimal waiting and I am overall very pleased with my soft tacos order, they were tasty and delicious. The staff was very nice pleasent and accommodating, the store was also very clean.

We walked in and scanned the menu, not realizing service is suppose to be faster by using the kiosk. I am quite familiar with technology, but didn’t really feel like using my fingers. An employee came out and kindly ordered on the kiosk for us. She went behind the counter to check on part of our order, then came back to complete it. Service was somewhat slow, but our food was good. Food could’ve been warmer, we had a pretty good experience. Nothing outstanding, just good.

I love Taco Bell.. BUT this place was horrible! I walked in & only person that even acknowledged me was the guy taking out the trash. I stood at counter for over 10mins, girl at window & guy fixing the food both saw me, even walked by front counter.. NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME! I’ve worked in restaurants for many years & I understand about being busy. It takes 2 seconds to let a person know u be right with them. I got a disgusted look with eye roll. After about 15 mins I left. They were not that busy, maybe 2 cars in drive thru. I will not go back to this Taco Bell!!

Ignore the five star reviews. They’re likely not accurate. This place is a disaster from the beginning to the end. Don’t even bother going place an order. They lost it. Place another order. They couldn’t find it. They were sassy about it. Honestly the people working there have no interest in working there so just get rid of them. Hire some people that do or shut down the store. Either way, it’s a disaster and whoever owns this or manages. This needs to wake up and smell the roses here. The correlation we can find between the three people that I found that did not get orders and were pissed off and were told basically to buzz off by the employees where people who ordered paying by cash at the counter and placed the order click the button saying paying my cash. So maybe the employees need to be educated how they use the actual system or the system is a piece of crap. But ultimately it’s the management the manager needs to go and the owner needs to ask himself. What is he doing here because he’s not providing service and this place will eventually go under

I was eating my burrito and in the middle of it was a piece of plastic!! I’m really glad I looked down before I bit into it!! This is crazy and I’ve never had this happen before. Check your food before you take bites if you get it from this location.

Placed an order through the app for 11 food items + 2 drinks for my family of 4. I received 6 food items and the drinks. That’s literally half the order. They were out of so much stuff, but I was never asked for a substitution or anything like that. The app is AWFUL with contacting customer service which is honestly crazy in this big year of 2025. The woman handling the drive thru this evening was super sweet and doesn’t deserve to have to deal with this poorly managed location.

The girl named Bayleigh who was working at the drive thru window very rudely took my order then proceeded to snatch my card out of my hand. She hands me my card back without giving me my receipt and gives me a smug look. When I received it after having to ask for it, I see that she charged me for sauce when it clearly says on the menu that when you order tenders it comes with 2 sauces with no extra charge. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!

I did a mobile order and the service was fast and they were nice enough to give me a cup of ice in the drive thru. Had to pull over and go in for the sauces I ordered but I’m not complaining because the service was fast and friendly! The interior is still the old school Taco Bell nostalgia
