Last 3 times I’ve been to this specific location at night my food has been either disgusting, horribly burnt, or the only thing right is the drink. [Large nacho fries in photo] The people are fine neither mean or nice.

I’ve said it before but sometimes I feel really old. For instance, I think that I should be greeted by somebody at Taco Bell when I walk in. I even had one of the employees walk past me on the way out to their parking lot with sitting with one foot out and the door open of their car. Smoking a cigarette looking at me. I guess I’m just supposed to know that they’re only taking orders through the kiosks now, but it feels a little weird that I have to come to that realization by myself. Like I said, I’m probably just getting old

I was really hungry when I went there. It was almost midnight and almost every shops were closed. I have not been to any other tacobell before. To be honest, the food was really good and affordable. Staffs were friendly and the place was really good and clean.

It is very hard to find good people to work nowadays.. Especially when in comes to fast food. Today our Taco bell team member Shea / Shay took such amazing care of us. She made the best out of what was I’m sure a super stressful situation. Not only did we feel welcome, my boyfriend and myself felt special. It’s not everyday you have a lovely memorable moment in a Taco Bell. We will be back if not for just the service alone Thank you Shea / Shay!

Waited over an hour for a quesarito with ONLY beef on it. It was supposed to have shredded cheese and rice also.

I asked to add a cup of nacho cheese in the drive thru.. they said no. Food wasn’t ready yet btw & ofc I wanted to pay for the cheese. After I got my food I came in for the cheese & it took them 10 mins to give me cheese? I understand they were busy, but the attitude of the manager was worse than the other 2 employees I talked to. Demote the manager & promote the trainee in the window atp

Last night around 9:00 p.m., I stopped at this Taco Bell location and went inside to place an order. I stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged or assisted. Multiple employees made eye contact with me, yet no one offered help, took an order, or even said a word. The looks I received made it feel as though my presence was an inconvenience. Eventually, I left without ordering. I’ve accepted that “fast food” as we once knew it is largely gone. Places like Taco Mama, Five Guys, and even Subway now move faster and provide better customer service than many traditional fast-food restaurants. That said, basic acknowledgment of a customer should still be the bare minimum. The employees working last night were unprofessional and disengaged, and the experience was disappointing enough to warrant this review. I hope management takes note and addresses the lack of customer service, because last night’s experience was unacceptable.

Shay took care of us while she was buried with customers and other things she had no control over. Not only did she make us feel welcome we will be coming back. Her above and beyond service really needs to be recognized.

My grandmother is in Huntsville Hospital (for over a week now) and my husband and I went last night to the nearby Taco Bell— we were surprised that when you go inside, there’s practically no personal interaction. We had to order at a kiosk while the staff joked and laughed and cut up in the kitchen. Minimal greetings when they brought our food to the counter for pickup. (The drive thru was packed which is why we went inside to order.)
My quesadilla was nothing to highlight. Just lacking…
I love Taco Bell and it’s been a long week at the hospital, so I went back today hoping for a better experience. I ordered another chicken quesadilla.. hoping it would be better than last night with different staff.
The two end pieces barely had any cheese.. no chicken… and literally NO sauce in the entire thing. The sauce in the quesadilla is what makes it “Taco Bell” – how could someone just not even include it!?
Not going to lie.. I am disappointed in this Taco Bell. It’s impersonal and lacking quality when it mattered most – for me, at least.
Not to mention it is over $1 more than the spectacular-quality quesadilla I regularly get from Taco Bell in Fayetteville, TN. There, it’s always cheesy, plenty of chicken and unquestionably saucy. Has a very unique flavor. Not here at TB off governors.

The food was really good, the service was quick but they didn’t say much at all. The atmosphere was alright. I didn’t go inside so I didn’t get much of a feel in that area.
