When I came through the drive through the woman who took my order (Ralita) was so kind and welcoming plus it only took 3 minutes to order and get my food. Went in for lunch today. Tammy took my order. She was awesome!! Such a sweet lady,very welcoming. Although they were very busy. My food came very quickly. It was very fresh and hot. The store was clean. Condiment station was fully stocked. I have to say,best Taco Bell experience ever.

All I can say is WOW…I’m never returning to this location. Last Tuesday I dealt with the night time manager, who is an absolute nightmare of a person. Decided to argue with me in the drive through and completely disregarded what I was saying to prove himself right. Bold for someone who couldn’t remember to put the $1 dipping sauce in the bag. Hope they fire that man so I can go back to this location.

I work nearby so I go there often. At least I used to. Thenight manager is rude. He closed the window in my face while I was talking. Then the drive thru lady noticed my uniform and said they bet my job would be interested in how I act. Like a threat. I wasn’t loud. I wasn’t ugly but I was making a complaint. Had to drive back around to get recipt because they didnt give it to me. 2 other times I say for 32 min in the drive through. And 30 o enight. Stopped going after that.

My son Shawn and I come to Taco Bell every Tuesday for lunch. We usually go through the drive- thru. I was amazed when we first started coming how fast the line moved. The young man taking orders is very helpful & is always very courteous. No wonder there is always a line at the drive-thru. All the crew at Taco Bell are nice.The food is good too.

Visited the Taco Bell on Madison Blvd and had a poor experience. The employee taking my order was mumbling and hard to understand. When I politely mentioned it, she became callous and immediately shut the window. I also have to remind them every time for sauce because my request seems to be ignored. This is the second time I’ve dealt with issues at this location, and it will be my last visit.

This Taco Bell is great. I want to highlight the attention to detail this place has in the photo I upload. The staff is very friendly and made our experience here amazing. I’m not sure how this place has less than 4 stars. You should give them a go and see for yourself how great this location is.

Food was good and made almost all the way correctly. The person taking our order sounded extremely inconvenienced to be there and like she absolutely hated her job. It was not busy so I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day?
