Id give service zero stars. Every time I have visited my order was messed up. Workers wlukd rather be having a good time with each other rather than making sure the customer has what they want. Last time there, I wanted regular tacos.. dont do tomatoes or sour cream. Got home, and 2 of the 3 were “supreme” when I absolutely told then what I wanted. Wasted money that I cant afford to lose. Do better. Be better.

The little lady running drive through should shut her yapping mouth and just take the orders and not cuss and complain about how much they are ordering. I was ready to tell her to shut up along with the employees complaining about her mouth as well. Should have went down the road to McDonalds and spent my money there. Worst Taco Bell experience ever.

Stopped here and got lunch. Ordered 2 quesidillas extra everything and a chicken chalupa no tomatoes. Well I get home and there’s tomatoes on the chalupa and neither quesidilla had extra anything. I tried to call the store four times with no answer. Therr store was not busy. Half an hour later I tried to call again (I couldn’t leave the house and go back) and they answered and hung up. Then went back to not answering. I get people mess up. But this place as a business not answering the phone and then hanging up on customers is bottom tier behavior.

There’s no way yall are for real with this, how can you not spread everything out in a quesadilla? Got 2 tacos and they were cold too if you don’t want to work there don’t work there but don’t take it out on everyone else because you don’t want to be there unreal!

I couldn’t understand the guy taking the orders he spoke so fast and mumbled and then when I received my order I looked in my bag to check my items were there and immediately was rushed by another person working there. Got home to actually check my food and they barely put anything on my tacos or nachos for 21 dollars go somewhere else service isn’t friendly and u get 1/4 of what you pay for

Wow! Had a great experience tonight getting food here. The drive-thru line is very slow, but it’s understandable because they have to make all the food fresh on demand. The building is really nice too. I always find dining in the treat so I can’t wait to try it. Update: the dining room is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s open and sometimes it’s not. I have yet to figure out the rhyme or reason. But I have been able to go inside and order a couple of times, and it’s a little small, but it’s nice.

Not sure how hard it is to get an order right. I keep going back and expecting a different result. I have yet to go to this location and get an order that was complete and correct. When you jack prices up on mediocre food, the least you can do is make sure the orders are correct.

I told the workers that I am allergic to avocados when I placed my order. They did a wonderful job of making sure my food was safe by asking questions and getting clarification when needed. I am impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond in making my food.

I went inside to order. I didn’t want to use the kiosk, so the drive thru guy took my order. It was ready in a couple of minutes! I really appreciated the great service!!

Very dirty place! I was the only customer in the dining room during middle of the day. No greeting from an employee. Was told I must order from the kiosk. Food was slapped together like a small child made it. Employees were listening to music and in no rush to prepare food at all. This is one of the newest locations and it already looks like a dump. It’s sad.
