Usually quick, as well as fairly accurate (especially for a Taco Bell). The food is often very haphazardly thrown together, ex. all the chipotle sauce on one end of a burrito, and sour cream all the way on the other end… However, there’s one big issue that drops them 3 stars.

My nacho fries were very cold and limp. All 5 orders of taco were very cold and the the burrito Supreme was so cold. I almost turned around to take it all back but I live 12 miles away. Thankfully we didn’t get sick from the food sitting out. I was so hungry and very disappointed, I don’t know if I’ll ever go back there. If I do I’ll go in and ask for freshly cooked food and wait for it. If they don’t take care of they’re customers right I don’t see them in business long.

I eat at the russellville one fairly regularly. All the people that I have met there, especially the ones that are always there during my lunch time, are very nice and always helpful. Great for a quick meal. Never had any issue at this location with getting food that tasted like it had been sitting all day, etc etc. Zero complaints.
