There was a really professional African American guy that waited on me at the drive-through and was so polite. Taco Bell needs to really take this review to heart. I’m from out of state and I was really impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. Ordered a bacon club chalupa and got a rock instead. The actual chalupa bread was so stale and hard I was unable to bite into it. If you eat here, I’d call an ambulance immediately because you are most likely going to get some sort of incurable poisoning by the time you take your first bite. Horrific experience.

I would have given a higher rating but we order via the mobile app once a week and every time they leave an item out. They also almost never have boxes for the meal boxes to go in and we have a fairly large order so it’s hard to figure out which is item is which. The food is pretty good but please give the COMPLETE AND CORRECT order at least 90% of the time, heck even half the time would be an improvement.
