I walked out of the store on South Court Street in Florence Alabama, because the ladies work and they were too busy texting or playing games on their cell phones and we’re too busy to take my order. I came for this store and immediately upon entering it was greeted! I don’t know who the manager is on the store or the shift manager, but kudos to excellent food and excellent service! Perhaps someone from this store at least to do some training on the South Court Street store.

Paid $3 for extra meat didn’t get it, asked for no tomatoes but I sure got those! Food was cold and handed to me before my drinks. I was tired and it was hot out so I forgot to check before I left. I’m sure with this service there would be no point in calling to complain. They probably wouldn’t do anything. Also my Cinnabon holes were old. Paid $35 for garbage . Check your food.

Many employees working at this location which is great. Not sure why they wouldn’t get at least one of them to clean dine in area. Two employees were on break at the same time with one of them being a cashier.
Several tables not wiped down, had food particles and paper on it. As I’m writing review employee came around to pick up trays from garbage receptacles and walked by all these outstanding cleanliness issues and returned back to her work area….
Cleaning does not seem front of mind and needs some attention.

Check your order before you leave. They leave something out everytime I get food here and never put the right sauces in the bag. I waited a very long time today before they started working on what was left out of my order. They worked on other orders that came in after mine instead of making my missed items. I would never come here if my mom didn’t ask me to. When I got home and gave my husband his food, the bottoms weren’t even on the tacos.

I pulled up at 10p.m. no line. I asked for 2 orders of tenders (so for in total) and a taco.
Once I got home with my order I looked in the bag and the taco was just thrown in there upside down, no wrapper, just spilled all over the tenders. They also forgot half of my tenders, but still charged me. So 8 dollars for 2 tenders.
Ridiculous.

We had the breakfast crunch wrap combo. It had hash browns, egg, sausage and cheese wrapped in a toasted flour tortilla. We got the combo meal that came with the breakfast crunch wrap, drink and cinnabon delights for dessert. Pretty tasty meal. The wife ordered us some extra cinnabon delights because they were so tasty. Wished I’d ordered a coffee ☕ instead of softdrink to eat with the cinnabon delights they would have been so good with coffee!

This location is a joke. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Taco Bell, but this store has put me off for the foreseeable future. I waited at the window for 15 minutes while the girls working the drive-thru were eating crunchwraps and discussing whether or not they were still with an ex. Once I finally got my order – the food was incorrectly made, soggy, and just thrown together with little to no care. I highly recommend you skip this stop all together and get food/service you will actually enjoy elsewhere.
