The workers at night just don’t care. I ordered 2 cantina taco combos. Barely had anything inside the tacos. No joke, they put one bite of chicken in one of the taco, I’ve got pics of it. Pathetic

We ordered three different specific combos and ended up only getting one combo, which was the Mexican pizza so half of our order was not made the first time. We didn’t have a problem with it and just told them what was missing. I’m assuming it was the manager who decided to ask her employees, “why are y’all making so much food.” Like it was a problem that we asked for our order to be made 100%, like they didn’t get it right the first time. We chimed in and asked did she want to see the bag that we received to confirm that all of our food wasn’t in there and she just proceeded to say, “no, I just wanted to ask them that.” There is another dude in there that just seems messy and who I assume makes the food because he asked us for the receipt which we also didn’t have a problem giving. We always come here and they have good food, it’s just most of the time the orders either aren’t made all the way or not made with special instructions. The new workers here just make the place not worth coming to. There was only one dude in there that was pretty chill and didn’t have an issue making the food, didn’t get his name though.

I went to this Taco Bell yesterday on 69 South ordered 3 crunchy tacos , I only got regular shell there wasn’t even a spoonful of meat mostly lettuce with a very small amount of cheese which all of this at the bottom of the shell mainly I got shell and no napkins, think I will stick with Taco Casa , Good Bye Taco Bell ur food and service is horrible

This is literally the worst taco bell location
They asked me to pull around the front to wait for my food and it came out soggy and gross. Not the 1st time this has happened. If it’s not the food then the computers are down or something else. I hate to be that kind of person but it’s getting ridiculous.

Every time we go here, which isn’t often, the staff is rude and ALWAYS, ALWAYS,ALWAYS mess up and short my order. I really don’t understand how the owner can tolerate such poor customer service. I mean really, how many customers will come back I’d there treated rudely and ripped off every time they visit. It’s not like these are just simple mistakes it is most definitely intentional.
Perhaps the owner should have their franchise revoked. They make no attempt to fix the issues at this location. How do I know this?

If you can’t train your team properly send them over to Taco Casa for training. It’s within walking distance and everything your employees do wrong Taco Casa does right.

I had gone through the drive through to get my food and the guy working in there forgot my second cheesy fiesta potatoes so as any normal person would I went on in there to order them. First of all the cashier was very slow with her ordering so I was waiting for her to get the ladies in front of me and then I ordered. I waited at least 20 minutes for that one order of potatoes. The cashier told me it took 3 minutes to cook them and the people working in there were not moving very fast the drive through was fast but in the store was actually ridiculous.

I went there last Friday to get some food.
I tried to go in but of course the doors were locked …I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes from start to finish ….I got to the menu board to order and I could barely hear the order taker … The lights weren’t on ,on the menu board ….The young man that gave me my order was very courteous..
Got the food home and my Mexican pizza tasted old and like card board ..The chulupas weren’t made to order … I won’t go again
