I went in here because I placed a mobile order. Paid for it and it sent it to this store. I get there after me and another lady wait for a few minutes. They ask if I have an order, yeah it’s under my name. Then shes like are you sure you’re even at the right store. Naaa I just like to come here for fun. After I check my phone and double check to see if perhaps maybe by mistake I put the wrong store or perhaps it didn’t send. Nope it sent, right store and it was paid for. I tell her what the order is. She rudely replies “well we don’t have your order” like I’m here to pick up an order at the right store. Treating a customer rudely and acting like they are dumb is why people leave this place so many 1 stars. First off, the customer is why you even have a job, I get it’s taco bell and it’s fast food what do you expect? If that’s your way of thinking, explain to me why Chick-fil-A sells online chicken and has cars around their place non stop.

To make it worse you know the managers/owners don’t care otherwise they wouldn’t get away with it. They consistently make bad food and are rude.Just look at the comments and look at how owner replies.

The Dirty windows look like they clean them with grease, rude employees, sub par food and the lack of customer service is why nobody should ever give this place another dime.

I’d rather get my arm cut off, while watching grass grow 8x slower than normal, while getting punched in the face with shards of glass then ever eat here again.

Do better!!!

I recently stopped by the Taco Bell in Tuscaloosa, AL (1000 Skyland Blvd E) and, unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. I’ve eaten at Taco Bell locations all over, and while fast food isn’t typically a five-star experience, this visit was particularly rough.

First, the ordering experience was slow and disorganized. There were multiple employees at the counter, but it seemed like no one was coordinating efficiently. I waited in line for over 10 minutes just to place my order, which included a Crunch wrap Supreme and a couple of tacos. Once I received my food, I noticed that my order was partially incorrect — one of my tacos was missing, and the Crunch wrap was wrapped sloppily and slightly cold.

The dining area was another point of concern. Tables had crumbs and leftover wrappers from previous customers, and the floor around the seating area was sticky in some spots. It felt like the staff weren’t cleaning as frequently as they should, which is disappointing, especially for a fast-food chain that emphasizes convenience and hygiene.

The worst part of my visit, however, came after eating. Within an hour of finishing my meal, I had to urgently use the restroom. I have had Taco Bell meals before without issue, so this felt extreme. Unfortunately, the restroom itself was also disappointing. The toilet paper was partially used and the sink area was messy, which made an already unpleasant situation worse. I understand fast food isn’t always gourmet, but cleanliness and basic comfort should be a minimum standard.

I also want to mention the staff, who were polite enough but seemed overwhelmed. One employee apologized for the delay at the register, but there didn’t appear to be a system in place to prevent these issues from happening. I feel that with better management and attention to cleanliness, many of the problems I experienced could have been avoided.

In summary, my experience at the Taco Bell in Tuscaloosa was disappointing on multiple fronts: slow service, messy dining area, partially incorrect orders, and an unfortunate post-meal experience that left me extremely uncomfortable. For a fast-food location, efficiency, cleanliness, and basic quality are the bare minimum, and this location failed to meet those standards during my visit.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their cleanliness, staffing, and food handling practices. I do not plan to return anytime soon unless I hear that significant improvements have been made. For now, I would rate this location 2 out of 5 stars. Fast food should be convenient and reasonably comfortable, but this visit was anything but.

They were slammed packed with a huge line and a ton of people inside. One worker from the back stated it was just her back there preparing orders and to please give her some leverage. I wish I had cash to tip her directly. Everything went smoothly with the conditions they had. Guy at the drive thru was nice and awesome. Just wanna highlight whoever was in kitchen this night you deserve the world. Got our extremely picky online order right to a T while they were slammed busy. Give her the praise she deserves thank yall!!

I got the steak dippers and a Doritos locos taco. My taco was completely split down the middle. My dippers were burnt to a crisp. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell this is actually ridiculous. I don’t understand how literally anyone with a brain could hand this out.

We’ll NEVER return to this location. Entire order was wrong. I ordered extra meat didn’t receive it. I ordered no beans still received them. I order 1 extra taco supreme and instead I was sent 2 quesadillas. I don’t even eat quesadillas. It’s very sad and disappointing to order something for delivery and when you get it, it is incorrect. The ONLY thing I received correctly was my drink

UPDATE: If they talked to anyone it didnt work. This was seriously my last straw. The steak quesadilla is supposed to come with cheese and creamy jalepeno sauce. I barely even got steak. Pics posted.

I’m so tired of paying so much for extra stuff and not getting what I paid for. It adds up and I’m done. And why are the soft tacos so wet?! Always have water draining from them I guess from the lettuce? Idk but makes the tortilla stick to the paper and then it rips and creates a mess. The workers are always sweet tho just whoever makes the food don’t read the screens and I’m tired of literally wasting my money.

I literally just had the guy behind the counter drop my food on the counter and just walk away. Didn’t say a word AT ALL. Really rude. Guy looked like he was mixed. Kind of looked like he might have been gay (I don’t have anything against that, just saying). I don’t know. That’s just extremely rude. I have had a bad experience with rudeness at this Taco Bell before. The one right across the street from Lighthouse church. I’m not sure why workers act stuck up here sometimes. I mean…get over yourself. You work at Taco Bell dude. All jobs are important but you aren’t the CEO of the company or anything.
