Drive through was awful, the ladies were very rude and had an attitude when speaking with my husband and on top of trying to correct us when we said we had a pick up order. This location is by far the worst. You have people that clearly hate there damn job and want to take it out of the customers like we are the reason.

This is the worst Taco Bell.
The screen on the kiosk wasn’t working properly. Looked at the lady staring at me to ask for help, she turned and walked off. Managed to complete my order. 1 double decker taco, 1 chili cheese burrito, 2 crunchy tacos, 2 drinks. Apparently they’re out of syrup on pretty much every drink. Dine in, they threw my food in a to go bag. Missing one taco. The same lady stared at me as I stood at the counter finally asked, “what’s wrong”. I told her I was missing a taco. She storms over and snatched my bag so harshly it tore the bag and looked in, then stormed back to her monitor. She interrupted me telling her what my order was, to repeat to me what my order was. “1 chili cheese burrito, 1 double decker taco, 2 crunchy tacos.”. Yes, and I’m missing 1 taco.
She told another person on the line she needed a taco. She snatched it and threw it in a bag used for the cinnamon twists and dropped it on the counter. As she walked away I tried to ask for Diablo sauce since it wasn’t out front. “If it’s not out there then we don’t have it.” And she stormed away again.
If you truly hate your job enjoy to foster a bad attitude to customers, why not find another job?
Also, the dining area was dirty, what I presume would be stuff belonging to employees on at least 2 different tables…and a smell of weed in the lobby.
Never again.

The person taking the order at the drive thru, made me feel as if it was a problem because I needed a moment to decide on what me and my family wanted to order, so we decided to try the Chinese restaurant next door. That was my worst experience at any Taco Bell location, but my first at this location.

They are completely rude to you in person and in driver though. You have a higher chance of winning the lottery then ,them getting your order right. Oh and heaven forbid you tell then it’s wrong just so they can treat you like your the one who’s incompetent.

I normally go to this location because of the accessibility from my home. My most recent and definitely last experience was during night shift. From the taking of my order snappily, cashier getting upset when I ask for hot and fire sauce (but she had put mild sauce in the box beforehand apparently), and the slamming of the window in my face as I was saying “thank you”. As a person who has worked in the food industry since I was 15 (Taco Bell being my 1st job), I feel it’s important to always be kind and accommodating to your customers. I definitely didn’t appreciate any of it since I was being nice saying “please” and “thank you”. Then my food was old. Chalupa shell crunchy and hard, chips hard, cheese chunky, and yall may have guessed it by now out of Baja blast. I hope they start doing better and prayers to all of them.

The store manger by the name of Byron is rude I simply asked him about why no drinks,napkins and sauces and why the food quality has went down he gave me the most stupidest response about cinnamons bons ..get him the hell away from. I waited in line for 23 minutes to order some Doritos Locos Taco Supremes with no lettuce only to get home to a dry shell, a spoonful or less of meat, about 4 strings of cheese, no tomatoes and no sour cream! Called back to let them know and someone kept hanging up in my face and then finally turned the phone off and it kept saying it was busy Awful!
