I’m so done with Taco Bell in center point! After being out of the Pizza multiple times for a month, I finally get one! It tasted like it’s oil they fry the shell with was 3 months old and burned down to taste like burned rubber or some kind of chemical!!! There no excuse for this! Change your nasty burned up oil!!! That is just being lazy and managements fault for not getting it done! This happens regularly at both TACO BELL restaurants in Center point and I’m done!

They do a weird thing at this location which is to stop a car in the drive thru far from the window for up to 10 minutes at a time, and then wave each car one at a time to come up. It makes no sense whatsoever and slows customers down. Probably won’t be going to this location again.

The food was pretty good, but the service was slow. Also there were not but 2 cars in drive-thru…then after I received my drink, the cashier asking me to backup…I thought that was weird. No one was in front or back. I asked her why…she never answered. With so much crime going on NOW, I was very uncomfortable. Afterwards she asked me to come forward to get my food. I meant to call the next day to ask what sparked this driving maneuver, but I got busy.

This was the worst possible service EVA!!!! Some of these young girls have no customers service experience there only there for the check…young girl at the window couldn’t understand I wanted 12 cinnamon delights nor 2..get to the window to encounter a bad attitude…get home to eat the Mexican pizza and the slop taste like lead paint…never will I go back there again… I paid $17.00 for garbage I had to throw away .. rude and food taste like paint..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION…the one in Roebuck is better …
