This is the worst Taco Bell in the WORLD !!!! The night crew do not comprehend at all you tell the you don’t want certain things on your food they put it on their anyway. They attitudes suck they always getting smart I will NEVER come to this Taco Bell again and I stay close by. I will drive all the way to Gardendale Taco Bell where I know my order will be correct and their attitudes are not STANK. They need to be close down. The worst customer service of my life. Bad combo bad food service and worst attitudes. It’s sad it can’t be both. Management can not be doing there job because if they was things like this will not happened. Need better employees and managers

Nice building with nice pretty screens for ordering…very bad service.
First visit had one worker napping in the back corner of the restaurant, and another socializing with her friends loudly in the front near the counter. Ordered our food using the kiosk and it was still wrong.
Tried to give location another chance with maybe some new staff this shift. Repeated order clearly through drive-thru intercom. They got everything about my order wrong, except my drink (i.e. hard tacos not soft, beans on nachos when they shouldn’t have been there, ruined the Mexican pizza, even gave the wrong sauces).
Somethings gotta give…

I’m a resident in Centerpoint and I have so many problems at this location and whats ridiculous is that I order the same thing and its never correct. Customer service sucks and drive thru time are unacceptable and once you order you have to stay in line regardless of the wait because there is no way to exit. They need a new crew

Every time I go in they seem to be out of beef or tacos or Baja blast. Your orders are almost constantly wrong. I ordered a steak quesarito and instead got beef, of course. I’ve started driving the few extra miles to go to Huffman where I’ve never had a problem. Centerpoint Taco Bell needs to close.

I ordered the big box for $5 I asked for extra tomatoes they charged me $0.45 each and only put one in the Box. The double chalupa looked as if it was half of one chalupa. I just wish for once I can go to Taco Bell in my order looks like the picture on the menu
