Among the many bad experiences over the years. Tonight’s took the cake. Order was half wrong. The sour cream cup i paid for had just enough to dip one scoop out of. My fries were maybe 20% full and upside down inside of the bag. I requested freshly made churro bites. Waited for about 5 minutes to receive my online order because of the churros addition. They were still stone cold when I got them. And when I asked for sauce she literally just bent down, grabbed a handful, and shoved them at me through the window. RISE UP PEOPLE. They treat us however they want and we keep them in business. I bet if half of us stopped giving them our Money they would do better. Between McDonald’s these days and this stuff. Absolutely unacceptable. They don’t care about customers because they have so many. Let’s fix that. I beg of you, make fast food great again. Or at least make them care to some degree about us.

The young lady at the drive thru must have been having a bad day or must not like when customers place pick-up orders. She was very rude, but I do appreciate the lady that had to come and apologize for her sour attitude.

Customer service was mediocre. I was thanked for waiting at the speaker, which was nice. But then I was handed a drink that was dripping out of the lid, getting on my work clothes. When I asked for a few more napkins, the young lady said there were some in the bag. I asked for a few more and she acted annoyed. (Is there a napkin shortage I’m unaware of??)
The food was pretty good, although the grilled cheese burrito was made a bit sloppily.
Overall though, the lunch hit the spot and didn’t break the bank.

Ariel was so polite and well mannered at this location and I will definitely be back. I remember business being horrible with a long wait but . She really impressed me and I will be back.
Update: Went back there today, unfortunately Ariel wasn’t there. Service was horrible.
They were out of everything so I ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes and didn’t even fill the bowls and neither were they hot. ♂️ no more of this location for me.

Great place to celebrate Taco Tuesday!! I eat here frequently and usually order the taco salad. If you want extra beef on your salad that makes it even better. This location is close to Dawson Family of Faith and Homewood Middle School so it’s a good stop before or after going to school or church. Good service, delicious food!!
Another visit to Taco Bell. They don’t have taco salads any longer. Now they have power Bowls and Nacho Boxes. I miss the Taco Salad. I was impressed with all the precautions taken because of Covid.

Every time I order from here my order is always wrong. There is always either something missing or something wrong. Why give us a customization option if you aren’t going to follow it? And the quality of the potato’s are always questionable.

This Taco Bell location is bogus. We waited in a long drive thru line at night to get our online pick up orders. Their front door was locked so we couldn’t pick up from inside. Once we got our order after a 30 minute wait, we realized that they forgot to give us a fork for a bowl that we cannot eat without utensils. I knocked on the front door to ask for a fork, and they were very rude and screamed at me from the inside that I have to go back in the long drive thru line to ask for a fork. So YOU forgot my fork? And IM supposed to inconvenience myself and wait in your unreasonably long drive through line to get that fork when you could easily just give me one instead of spending all your effort screaming at me? Ruined my friend and I’s plan to get some Taco Bell, eat in the parking lot, and catch up. Plus we had an errand to run after but because yall took so long, the store closed. I know the workers are overworked and underpaid, but I wasn’t asking for much at all. You’d think I asked for their cash register if you saw their reaction. Yup I’m not coming here again.

I absolutely love this Taco Bell! I was there on 6/24 at around 930-10pm And the lady that was at the window is always so sweet. After a long day at work and being hungry, she just adds the icing on the cake with how sweet and lovely she is. Makes my whole day:) truly deserves a raise!!
