Ordered a veggie bowl added a few sauces & potatoes, but i guess i got whatever they felt like making. They didnt put lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, they left out the whole bowl! I also got burritos with no meat, extra rice, extra sour cream & nacho cheese. There was nothing in the burrito, honestly i am done ordering from this location. Everytime i have modifications or want extra i never get my what i order. Its literally the complete opposite. I’ve worked for taco bell so im familiar with the scoops and proportions that are “extra” & whats not. I think ive been unsatisfied with this location one too many times. Tired of getting slop, and food thrown together. At this point, Im gambling!!!!!!!!!!! TACO BELL COST TOO MUCH FOR YALL TO NOT CARE!! HOW ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS DO EXACTLY WHAT YALL WANT & STOP COMING!!! HOW ABOUT NO ONE SHOP AT TACO BELL PERIOD. AT THIS PIONT YALL ARE ROBBING PEOPLE. Food was good as always, the workers were friendly & nice – which is a nice change from the usually grumpy & bored workers at most TacoBells these days. Had a big order & it was correct & hot & tasted great. I love taco bell so much, I could eat it for every meal. But its easy to mess up, and so when a store gets it right like this one- I make it a point to tag the location as a good store 🙂

For starters the employees look miserable here ( could be from what I assume was the manager-s talking horribly to /about them)and not to mention how the customers that call this place feel when they’re mocked by employees for calling and complaining after they hang up, specifically the girl with colored hair working tonight. Besides that I came through the drive thru and finally got my food (3 items) after waiting 10 minutes. I pull around to the front to check my bag , due to everytime I come here I’m missing something or it’s incorrect, during the day and nights I’ve came through here….So I have to go in and ruin the convenience of the drive through to get it fixed , which you then have to pass through cloud of cigarette smoke to get through the doors. Overall dissatisfied with service , food , & atmosphere as per usual.

The employees of the night shift, are awesome. We went through the drive through, because the lobby was closed, sat outside and ate. Still enjoyed ourselves. One of the employees came outside just to ensure that we didn’t need anything else.

The team at this location needs a little coaching on portion consistency and presentation. I get it’s fast food, but there’s no reason a taco should be 90% lettuce. Management should use this as a teaching opportunity for young staff about work pride and quality

Absolutely the worst experience. True story: I order, pull to window, paid, received some food – missing items I ordered, food was old also. Pulled back around to take food back. Manager sends cook to relay message – no refunds, no remake, no food missing to be found. Instead of themself coming to window they stood back behind shelf looking with this deceitful look wondering what would happen next. Be back tomorrow for full refund. Lastly, watch when they put a lot of sauce in bag….this happens something missing, something old.

The Warrior location needs to take some lessons from the Montclair Rd. store on how the steak and poblano quesadilla is supposed to be made. Half of the quesadilla was empty and wasn’t much in the middle of it. And it wasn’t an accident because I ordered 2 and you made them exactly the same.

My Mexican pizza barely has meat on bottom layer. Manager had to cook and was throwing people’s orders and slinging them all over the place. She was mad because she had to send an employee home and had too much business at 9:25 pm. Had doors locked at 9:40 pm after yelling at staff to lock the door. The one working the register was very nice but she and the in working the drive thru looked scared half to death. I am 45 years old and could not have worked under a mgr like that

Chicken fried so hard it was a rock. I’m only sad bc I was really excited and hungry and the box was $9 so I expect it to at least be edible 🙁
