Me and my brother went there to get dinner, when we went to the speaker box to order, the boy on headset was rude and was rushing us to order. When we got our food they put the Mexican pizza in the very bottom of the bag so it was squished and ruined. Literally had to scrape it out of the box. Then we got two $5 boxes and we didn’t even receive the chalupas. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been working fast food for a long time so I know it can be stressful but it’s not hard to make sure everything is correct and safely placed in the bag. Hell they won’t even pick up the phone.

What can be said? It’s Taco Bell but better than other fast food places price wise for most part. Never a problem with cold food and requests are answered by compliance. Not just this location but others in area plagued by “system down” causing inability to serve in any way.

Employees and management so rude and ugly. Me and the little woman placed an order and when we received it all I asked was which tacos were what. I was told to open them up and take my pick. The smart mouth kid looked at another couple and said I hope you don’t have a problem with opening your order and looking to see what it is too?

It is okay to give a two rating. You know what bothers me? When companies update the infrastructure but not the food. I swear every time I eat from this franchise the food is so mediocre. Sadly to say, it keeps on getting basic and tasteless. It is no purpose nor reason to show the food because most can relate and agree. I like to take pride in my reviews when showing off quality food.

In terms of Service my rating only constitutes how the staff treated me my family and other patrons, service was with a smile a greeting or even a thank you and have a nice day. They look at you like you’re a dog in a pound. Then when your order is ready it’s set on the counter your name is called as the person is walking away.

Drive thru was pretty fast. Order was correct. Food was very good and it was put in the bags so that nothing was crushed. The lady at the drive thru window was very nice.

Food was prepared incorrectly because cashier rang it in wrong and neither the cashier or managers knew how to fix it. Establishment was filthy and none of the cup lids or sauces were stocked. Attitudes were poor and uncaring.

stopped by this taco bell on easter night. drive thru was completely packed and it was extremely busy but our cashier hayden got our food out quickly and professionally. i appreciate him coming in on a holiday, i know it must have been super stressful
