This is the worst Taco Bell that I have ever ordered from. The tacos had nothing inside of them even though they cost $4 each. They are soggy smashed and don’t have any of the ingredients that I ordered on them. I am amazed that they are still in business. This is thoroughly disappointing.

I go to Taco bell alot. My granddaughter loves it. The food is really tasty. The only thing I think they need to improve on, is service. When you walk to the front to give your food order no one shows up, which in turn causes you to go to the kiosk to put your order in. You have elderly people and people that don’t know how to use the kiosk. I honestly don’t think that is great service. Thru should always have someone to stand on ready to take customers order. The kiosk is not for everyone.

No one was in line at the drive thru and there was only 4 cars in that parking lot but I waited for 10 minutes for her to take my order. I pull up to the window and she is leaning on the counter on her phone not paying attention to the fact I’m at the window. Didn’t tell me what the cost of my order was just held her hand out for payment and then slammed the window shut.

Tonight was like most nights I’ve visited this location… we got home and realized our order was short a main part of my order. I called the location 6 times back to back before anyone would answer. Of course we did not receive a receipt, but the individual who answered was able to find my order and told me that I could drive back to the location to pick back up what they left out. I was given the item but the customer service was not up to my expectations… by not considering to offer any way to make their error right. Then I had to go back home and finally get to eat the rest of my meal that is now cold.

Staff was very courteous, food was ready pretty fast for as busy as they were and everything was made the way we ordered! Witnessed a “Kevin” (aka Joe)who demanded his food be remade because he sat in his car and didn’t come in(employee even went outside to look for him) and they didn’t match his energy. They remade the food and remained courteous. Very professional!

The restaurant itself is nice looking, the staff leave much to be desired and they are always out of Mountain Dew Baja blast, something that you would think they would have plenty of. They changed the option in the lobby to regular Mountain Dew, probably thinking no one will notice. And it seems every time we order, they forget something. It was happening so often that we stopped ordering through drive-thru and through door dash, now we have to go in every time to make sure we get what we actually ordered.

I pulled up at the drive through at about a quarter till 11. There was 2 cars in front of me. One at the speaker and one behind it, then me. And then another car pulled in behind me. There was absolutely nobody in the drive in front of the speaker. Nobody at the window with 4 bus sit there. 4 cars sat there for every bit of 10 minutes, and then I drove off they was still sitting there. But it looked like, as I was driving past the window. Somebody was trying to take a order. But it was, it’s pitiful, absolutely pitiful. I would be so embarrassed to say that was a store that I was a manager of I would fire every one of them but it is Sunday September. The 14th at about 11 o’clock 11 PM. I’ll go there. It’s not worth it.Your time or money

Slow, they need to hire more people. They ask you to pull around to keep the drive thru timer down, even when there are no other customers in line. Items are often forgotten, you have to double check for every single item before you leave.

Says plain as day on the door, opens at 7am. It’s now 8:15, and the lobby is still locked. Can’t even get service in the drive-thru. 4 cars in the parking lot, but not a single employee in sight.
