Been here multiple times. My order is never right. They can’t figure out how to add the ingredients to the whole taco instead of globs on one end. If you go inside you’ll wait 4x as long because they prioritize the drive thru. Make the drive and go to the one off exit 1. The line might be longer but your food will be right.

One of the best Taco Bell locations we’ve been to in a long time. The food was great, but the customer service was PHENOMENAL. Our cashier, Olivia, was very sweet, knowledgeable and patient as we have several picky eaters in our group. Keep up the great work!

I always have good service when the older women are working during the week. We came through Saturday the 13th in the evening and kids were working. They are never friendly and act underwhelmed.
My chicken soft tacos were put together like a toddler made them. We paid for two crunchy tacos and made it home with one. I had high hopes for this restaurant since Burger King next door has such horrible service.
We have been in line for 25 minutes now waiting for lunch. This location has potential but it will be determined by how much management and owners care.

I walked into this Taco Bell expecting tacos… what I got was a spiritual awakening. The moment I opened the doors, I swear I heard a choir of angels (or maybe it was just the fryer timer). The employees didn’t just take my order—they took my soul on a journey through flavor. My Crunchwrap was folded with the precision of a NASA engineer, my Baja Blast tasted like it was brewed directly from a melted glacier in heaven, and the tacos? Let’s just say if I ever get married again, I’m registering here.
This isn’t fast food, this is fine dining in warp speed. If Gordon Ramsay came here, he’d shed a single tear, whisper “finally,” and retire. If aliens invade, I’m bringing them here first to negotiate peace.
To sum it up: 5 stars isn’t enough. If I could, I’d give this Taco Bell a standing ovation and a Michelin star.

Food is some times good and other times it’s fair. Not one of my favorite Taco stores to eat at. Make sure you have all your order and it’s made correctly before leaving store.

I ordered some churros and they were not in my bag (Glad I checked) when I pointed this out the employee told me they were out, so if I had not checked or asked they would have just let me pay for something and not get it. They never proactively offered a different product or refund.
Part of my order was a steak quesadilla and it was the worst quesadilla I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. The cheese was still cold and there was no sauce on it whatsoever.
I hate to give a bad review when they are a newer restaurant to this area but those things just take people who care and clearly they don’t care.

First time going to this taco Bell, but from this experience, so much better than the one on exit 1. Friendly staff, no miscommunication, even though we had a large 4 person order with special requests for food allergies. Food was quickly delivered, the shells are nice and crispy on tacos(compared to the soggy water shells from some other taco bells) and the order was perfect. Great first impression!

This place went downhill fast in terms of speed and quality. When it first opened it was fast, reliable, and correct. Now it takes 1 hour during dinner time to receive an online order for pickup. Grilled cheese burritos will be missing the cheese, the tortillas are torn and food spills out. Not great anymore.
