Time to close it up like Marco’s down the street. Food quality and consistency is non-existent. One night, my order is fire; a following visit, the order should be *set* on fire. I mean, I know, it’s Taco Bell – expectations shouldn’t be very high; but geez, if you can’t even offer fresh, non-rancid tortillas (your friggin’ *staple*), what hope is there for anything else you serve? Bulldoze, replace with a second Qdoba in town. Or a Bojangles – that works too.

Every time I go to this location, my hard tacos are always on the bottom of the bag, underneath everything, crushed to oblivion and I can’t even eat it properly. Not only is this an issue, but I frequently get missing items in my orders, sometimes it’s a free item from a reward, other time ls it’s just part of a regular order and I still miss a $3 or $4 item. This is getting ridiculous because this location use to be the best in the area, now I can’t even get a simple hard taco without it being smashed.

They can’t get my order correct. Then I’m told it is my fault by someone else because the drive thru cashier is too good to repeat my order or tell me the price. She just ignores me and someone else has to speak for her. I submitted a complaint to corporate but it was ignored. Now I drive by to wait in line somewhere else a lot longer and pay more. The other restaurants are busy. Taco bell is empty and no cars are in line anymore because of the horrible attitude and culture there.

Ordered a nacho bellgrande just to get a couple of bites. After asking staff about it, they said “that’s as much as it all ways comes with”. I strongly disagree and asked if they could remake it or give my money back for it, they chose to refund the nacho….

Update (3/17/2023) its been a year so i thought I’d give it another try. Well i received my tacos upside down with the insides falling out and in the bottom of the bag! The young ppl at the window only cared about finishing the conversation they were having at the window and not customer service. So my family will continue to drive pass this horrible location to the taco bell in pelham or alabaster. Kinda sad!!
I ordered 2 steak tacos. Only one was edible. This was ordered at noon!! Prime lunch time. The steak was old and dry the shells were old and crumbled just from picking them up. I have wasted my money here twice before thinking it would be better since I spoke with the manager personally but who cares about my little opinion or my little change. I will NEVER eat here again and definitely do NOT recommend it. This is how I received my order!!

This was absolutely not even close to what I ordered.
My lettuce was brown. Soggy, no beans. Everything was swimming in water.
I understand that it’s fast food, I understand it’s cheap, not so cheap.
I need food that at least don’t look like slop and it’s intentions is not to make me sick.
The lady did give me my money back but I just can’t get over they thought this was okay.

The new Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito in the Discovery Luxe Box is a major WOW! At the box price it would sell by itself in regular Mexican restaurants, but then you get the rest of the box! A complete and very filling meal.

Love this location. I’m a night owl and no matter how soon I come to closing they always take care of me with no issues. A lot of restaurants have limited items late night or they are closing earlier than their posted hours.

This was one of my crispy chicken tacos. There was literally two bites worth of chicken. They did replace it but not without arguing first that that’s just how some of the pieces of the chicken are. But yet the replacement was not much bigger but was more what I’ve gotten used to since these came out. It’s just not worth it for such a small portion that doesn’t even come close to filling the taco shell. The worst part was the employees argued about it at first then replaced it. Another customer in the store was shocked at how small it was as well. Did not like this location at all overall for several reasons.

I picked up an online order at 12:37 on 6/19. The two employees were so awesome and so nice and so cool. My food was fresh and tasty and accurate. This is probably my favorite Taco Bell location in the area and I will drive past multiple locations to go to this one specifically. I <3 the Helena Bell
