Ordered the burrito supreme combo, said I wanted no lettuce on the combo… I was pretty sad to see just how empty my hard shell taco was. I guess now it’s 90% lettuce these days. When you say no lettuce they basically just give you the shell it seems. I did get a nice amount of cheese but the meat was just utterly sad.. didn’t even have enough to go end to end on the taco and it was a very thin line of meat, even in this picture you can see the taco is mostly shell and cheese barely any meat

This is the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. Every time I have been they have messed up our order in more ways than one! When you go in to get it fixed you have everyone just standing around gossiping instead of actually working. The drive through time is just ridiculous and now I know why. I’ve been to several taco bells across several states and this one takes the cake for the worst one! They really need to get people in there that actually want to work instead of paying people to just stand around. They don’t care about your food. They just throw it in the bag and say the hell with it. We won’t be back and I will encourage everyone to avoid this place!

When you ask for light sauce on a quesadilla that’s kinda what you expect to get. Why would you put EXTRA?? It’s not that hard to follow directions. Can’t get anything done right these days. Also why aren’t y’all putting the ingredients on the whole quesadilla?? I’m paying for the whole thing and only have the middle that’s partially filled. Not a happy customer

I do not recommend this location. I was highly disappointed in the quality of food received. I paid $32.98 and received an order not even worth $10. Please take time to drive to the Southside or Forestdale location. My children noticed the half a scoop of meat on each taco. Please do better in the future!!!

People took 15 minutes to come to the front so I could pay for my order I used a kiosk they only had to talk me for 30 seconds 5 different people looked at me waiting at the front and no one came. I was paying in cash
