Tonight on 3/2/2026 at 11:30 something, the lady at the window charged me 11 dollars for two chalupas with just chicken and nacho cheese that look like this. As a former Tacala employee at another franchise location I know for a fact she rung me up for this order in a way that overcharged me, additionally the food was cold, stale, dry, and bare.There were also items that were missing out of my $9 box. She was unnecessarily rude, and aggressive, which deterred me from even coming back to get my order corrected. I will definitely not be back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody else.

Ordered almost $60 worth of food to be delivered. Once we get it, it’s cold, multiple items are missing and half the ingredients are inside the taco shells, other half is outside the wrappers and all just thrown into one big paper bag. Half my wife’s food was missing so we tried to call the store multiple times. The phone just plays the busy tone every time. She makes a complaint online so they gave her a “$5 discount on your next order”. That $5 doesn’t even cover the missing items. If you want cold food with several missing items and to be ignored afterwards, this place will hook you up.

One of the cleanest Taco Bell’s, I’ve been in. Amy K was my cashier. We were greeted with a smile and was even able to carry on a nice friendly banter. That art seems to practically lost nowadays. Food was fast and fresh. I was overall impressed.

Drive thru got home Mexican pizza has something going with its taste. Don’t know if it’s spoiled food or sprayed chemical. Doesn’t have bad smell just really strong chemical taste.

Mrs Amy K at the drive thru is the best I call her my friend every time I come through there and that a is a couple times a week. She makes you want to come back to this location. I use the Taco Bell app to place my orders because I want to get points but I always go to the Childersburg location. Amy K is the friendliest Taco Bell employee that has ever waited on me. She makes sure that my order is correct, ensures that everything is placed in the bag carefully, wipes off the sides of the drinks, all while speaking to you kindly. She makes going to Taco Bell a pleasant experience.
