They left something off of our order. Noticed it was missing on the receipt at the pay/pickup window. We said it was alright but asked if they could just ring it up so we could pay for it at the window. We were truly not annoyed at all until we were told with an attitude that they don’t do add-ons and that we would need to go BACK through the drive thru to get something THEY left off. Don’t know if the employee was just having a bad moment or if it truly is store policy. Regardless, both possible explanations are absolutely silly.

Ordered online. The dipping tacos with shredded beef. You’ve seen the commercials. They didn’t look like that. They had the regular ground beef in them. One of them was a corn tortilla and the other one was soft. That’s crazy cuz I ordered two of the same thing! They were totally smushed, like a bad grilled cheese sandwich. Surprising. I’ve had good experiences at this location in the past. Maybe they were out of shredded beef. They shoulda canceled my order. I don’t like what I got.

our food was made hot and fresh after we were given the wrong order in drive thru. however the wrong order i brought back in was immediately handed to the correct customer. I didn’t tamper with the order, but that doesn’t seem very safe.

It’s the audacity for me. I’m truly in Awe that I placed a online order. Two actually. I get there three cars ahead of me. She asked me to hold on so many times, I should have known then. I had a large island strawberry freeze, up-charge .80, added guacamole extra .70, extra cheese extra .60, extra .50 for Chicken, jalapeños extra .50. Your out of half my first order. I STILL agree. The ENTIRE 2nd order you don’t have. I ask for a refund. You say I have to call the number it’s a third party. So, I ask what happens to the extra charges for the stuff you don’t have on my first order, you huff (I guess because im now on your timer since the two cars in front of me are gone). I ask to cancel both orders. You say you can’t. You don’t have what I ordered. I’m the one with NO FOOD and $23 at a non authentic Mexican food drive through in a pandemic at the job YOU applied to work at and YOU are made at me? No apologies. No let me see what I can do. No let me loop in a manager. No please come back tomorrow and we’ll make it right. Just full on audacity, attitude and disrespect. To make matters worse I asked for your name THREE times, you said wait a minute, came back and proceeded to still me what you can’t do with the order as if I didn’t ask for your name for the 3rd time! Service was terrible and there was a bunch of trash laying on the floor in the kitchen area and no one touched it the entire time I was there. They just stood around talking. Food wasn’t bad but I worry it wasn’t very sanitary. If this is the new standard for what’s considered acceptable I fear for our country. I’ve noticed a lot of just laziness in most industries. I get things are tough rn but it only gets better if we put our best forward.

If I would give 0 stars I would. Every time we order doordash from there, they always “never see it on their system”. Also when you actually go there to still get your food, it ends up looking like this. This is supposed to be a steak quesadilla. Pathetic.

I was in a motor-coach so we parked and walked to Taco Bell. We started ordering on the kiosk inside and was told the dining room was closed and we could go to the drive-thru or mobile order. I told her we were in the motor coach and ask if I could walk up to the window and get my food and she said no she said I could place a mobile order. I walked out the door and started ordering on the mobile app. An employee was walking by the door and I motioned for him to come to the door so I could ask how I could get the food if I could not go to the drive through and he asked the same girl that told me the dining room was closed said no. I was very disappointed in how they handled this.
