The manager has a very nasty attitude! The audacity for her to mess up my order, then get an attitude about remaking it, is beyond ridiculous. They don’t answer the phone, but say you need to call and talk to the manager. I brought the food back, they were very rude and unapologetic! They acted as if I just wanted something for free. The chicken was so hard and there was no meat in it.

Hey, I mean it’s Taco Bell, it’s not the best but it’s not the worst, just your typical fast food restaurant. The one being praised for most people going to and then going to the bathroom shortly after, what a wet dream..
Food: Standard menu over time, they come out with limited time items like the new Cantina Chicken Taco and other meals along with it, their Chipotle sauce is their signature sauce and is a must try, it’s permanent too so don’t worry too much about it going away.
Service: It was good, they were nice to us and as about as average as you’re gonna get. Locations may vary and you might get some employees get mad at you for no reason at other Taco Bells. They no longer sell water cups for free since people have been getting sodas instead of water which is kinda sad.
Atmosphere: Taco Bell has a simple but yet outdated but the business doesn’t have a lot of money, not a lot of service, they are simply just doing what they are doing. The interior has grown on me and will slowly diminish in likeness over time but hey enjoy while it lasts. There are outside seating in case you wanna feel the breeze as well as kiosks inside the store for any introverts not wanting to talk to anybody for their order.

This is one of the reasons why yall have low stars. Menu does not say it has cheese on the outside of the cantina quesadilla. I asked the manager Jorge if he can remake it because it does not say that on menu or look like the picture. He proceeds to say if you seen the picture you would know it had cheese. And told me i would have to pay for the food again. He could’ve just made it again for showing his face and service for the company regardless if it “wasn’t his fault.” And then when bit into it there was chipotle sauce that i said not to put on there. Disappointed.

The food was great obviously it’s Taco Bell however the ladies working the window was extremely rude. I ordered a Dr. Pepper with my meal and specifically said “no ice” they put ice in it which really wasn’t that big of a deal and just asked to see if the receipt said “no ice” which it did not. I really was just going to take the drink since it was correct on the receipt but the younger lady working chimed in with an attitude and said “You didn’t say no ice” and then the older lady said “that’s why you check the screen before you pull off” that was a completely unnecessary comments from the both of them. They did make me another drink with no ice so I guess it was fixed. I just literally wanted to know if it was correct on the receipt and I was going to go.

Honestly if I could give them 0 stars, I would. My food was made incorrectly and when I asked for a remake, they got angry about it. The manager in the ugly purple sweater was nasty and hateful. I had to go inside to get my food remade and heard her say some nasty things to one of the other employees. Taco Bell needs to get their employees with the program and stop acting like children

I work nights and I always come through around 11pm or 12pm depending on what time I get off work I come through the drive through at least 3 to 4 times a week. At first it was because only other place open was McDonald’s!
But then it became the food was fresh and people were really nice! And to this day I still go by there they are very friendly and the food is always fresh! I just work up the street and I will continue to go by because I love the service and my can Tina chicken quesadillas! They are delicious!

I frequent this location due to working close by. The people that work here are always friendly, the young man at the window Anthony always provides the best customer service and he doesn’t just stand around while the order is being made he’s helping making orders as well. They seem to have a good team, don’t know about upper management but the young lady who’s usually the morning time manager is always super helpful and kind. Very outstanding group of young people trying to better themselves every day and it shows!
