Got a $7 box. Cold food. Almost no food. Taco had no meat or cheese, lettuce more than anything, chululpa ingredients were very little, 5 layer burrito so much beans no meat. Very disappointed. Never had a problem before the location decided to do the recent re-vamp. Pitiful.

Came for a girl’s day out with my kids who wanted to eat here. Tell me why the machine had no ice for drinks, not even one of the soft drinks in the dispensers had carbonation ( some were just a slow pour of straight syrup, some were flat, tasteless and old), and yes… That’s an eyelash on my kids fries that she didn’t see until half way through them. Now I know we probably consume human hair and other unspeakable things in our food when we eat out, and accidents happen. I don’t like to complain or make a scene either, so I decided a review would be better than saying nothing at all.
One of the ladies behind the counter got us ice when I addressed the issue of it being empty but no one ever came out to put in ice for the other 10 people that came in to dine after us. Another thing I noticed was the meat tastes different than usual. When we do eat Taco Bell we usually go to the hwy119 location which we’ve never had trouble with. But maybe it was me. I couldn’t finish my lunch and though my daughter didn’t say anything about the taste, she too couldn’t even eat half of hers.

It’s taco bell. Good employees and they run a tight ship, though we’ll see how the new people here do. Always a sparkling clean kitchen, always correct order. If y’all don’t like the food just smoke a bowl, it’ll taste better

I ordered two Steak Gordita Crunches. Asked for extra steak and also paid for extra steak according to my receipt. They gave me little to no meat.
I called and I spoke to the Dillian, who is the GM. He spoke over me saying that they just need my name and to remake my order. I told them I’m not coming back up there tonight and I needed a refund. I asked him do I need to come up there to receive a refund and he said no. Then I asked him about the refund process and he hung up on me.
I waited a moment thinking we just got disconnected and then when I realized he wasn’t going to call back and I asked blatantly did he hang up on me and I asked him what is the refund process again. He then told me I actually do have to come in the store. Then I asked who will be the manager for tomorrow and he let me know he is the GM.
I let him know I’ll be there in the morning and I disconnected the call. I filled out the survey letting them know about my experience. I’m not expecting 5 star service but I at least expect to get what I paid for.

I went through drive through due to inside being closed. Ordered two Nacho Bell Grandes extra meat, cheese, and sour cream per usual. $14.80 and don’t mind paying. However,there was less ingredients than a regular one! I called Alabaster location to inform them of this and the male that answered the phone hung up on me when he discovered it was a complaint. Called back immediately multiple times and no one would answer!! WOW REALLY!!!!!

For starters, if you’re wearing gloves while preparing food and touch on your clothing then your face, you should remove your gloves before you continue to prep the food. Disgusting. Also, when did you guys stop cutting the quesadillas? I watched 4 customers walk out the lobby due to nobody coming to ask if they would like to order because you are too worried about your drive through times. If the lobby is going to be open you should have a front desk cashier. Two stars just cause the one blonde girl was the only one who was kind enough to ask anybody if they needed anything
Last thing, if it’s 18 degrees outside cut the heat on. Couldn’t even bare to sit in the lobby even with a jacket on.

That’s pitiful that you go to the store , order 5 taco supremes and 3 out of 5 are broken. This is the least broken of the 3. The others all the way across. No wonder they have 3 stars. No one cares.
