Also asked us to back up in the drive through to reset some sort of timer laser thing – not sure what this is but it was wierd
ordered 6 items …. all 6 were completely wrong… they must be out of lettuce and cheese and stuff cuz we only got beef and a shell.
Lessons learned- keep eating at home

I have ordered before for lunch during work and it was good then. But not tonight…
For reference, we live 45 min out of town. Tonight, we decided to drive into town for dinner and decided on taco bell. Big mistake.
The cashier was rude and kept cutting us off which is probably why everything was wrong. She literally couldn’t let us finish a sentence before moving on to the next thing. I understand it’s 9 at night but you applied to work at Taco Bell so…
Anyways.
We pull up to the window and she had RBF BAAAAD. Zero emotion. We paid. And then she asked us to back up to reset some kind of timer for the drive through. I’m assuming so they can take however long they want to prepare our food.
We ordered 6 items… Every. Single. One. was wrong. It was a simple order and the only thing we asked for was no onions on the burrito, and no lettuce on the 3 DLTs. Got no lettuce on everything, EXTRA onions on the burrito, and the soft tacos supreme were just meat.
I honestly don’t understand how things get so messed up when there is only ONE order to be made and with not a lot of “no this, no that, sub this.”
I’m just saying that $27 for a completely screwed up order that I drove 45min to get with no other customers and workers getting $15/hr is a more than a bit ridiculous.

We tried to order inside but you can only use the kiosk, which was frustrating when you want to make customizations – it takes 5x as long navigating the menu. The woman at the front cash register said they literally cannot take orders and we have to use the kiosk. So, we went through the drive thru. Our order was wrong twice. The second item that was wrong they fixed and handed to us with a creepy fake smile like they did something to it. No thanks. I do not recommend!

I HAVE BEEN PROFUSELY VOMMITING FOR THE PAST 3 HOURS!!! Taco Bell is all I’ve eaten today, so it’s 100% because of their food! I ordered the chicken quesadilla meal with the crunchy taco. When I was eating the quesadilla bit into a piece of chicken that was rubbery like if I was chewing on a bouncy ball. It instantly filled my mouth with a rotten garbage taste I am considering going to the E.R.! DO NOT EAT THE FOOD AT THIS LOCATION

The food was great and all but what gets me is that when I ask for extra bacon or steak or anything extra I expect to have extra in my food I just ordered on Uber and spent 47 dollars total and that was for extra stuff in my food which I didn’t get so I done lost 8 bucks I understand you guys will be busy from time to time but PLEASE be MINDFUL and CONSIDERATE of people’s money, time and their hunger cause I can’t stress it enough thank you for doing what you do but please be mindful thank you

Good service. Good food and work by the team. I just came from mcdonalds and it was terrible service in the area. Much better than the McDonald’s in the area. Go here over McDonald’s in this town of Okachobee.

Let me start by saying that my last review about Taco Bell was not such a good review. However, I gave this Taco Bell another shot. It happens the manager Jeanette was working this evening. I simply made some small requests. Which she granted. My tacos were amazing. I asked for extra napkins and you can see by the picture I’m sending I got extra napkins. I asked for plenty of mild sauce. As you can see by the picture, they gave me plenty of Mild Sauce. I also asked for sour cream and it was also in the box. Heather who was the drive-thru attendant was wonderfully sweet, attentive, and very professional. Excellent job she did. The manager (Jeanette) and (Heather) both were wonderful. I was very pleased. Made me very happy and a return customer again. I would like to add I had a service dog with me. Upon seeing my service dog Jeanette & Heather proceeded to compliment my dog telling me how beautiful and wonderful my service dog was. Then Jeanette (the store manager) went above & beyond and got some chicken and fed my dog the chicken As a treat. Wonderful job girls. I’m real pleased, real happy, and the food looked & tasted great. The tacos were stuffed well, and delicious. Thank you for a great experience. Keep up the good work. This is how I like to see a Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurant performing.
