I won’t give this Taco Bell another chance. We’ve never been given what we pay extra for the last few times we’ve went! We used to live over there so that was our main spot & idk if mgmt changed or what but omg they’re so so so horrible yall… the last few months have sucked… But today was actually out of this world.
First of all when you pay for extra meat you should be able to taste it not have to go searching to see if they forgot it entirely.
I love cool ranch Doritos so I tried the new taco — yall. I’ve never in my life seen a Taco Bell taco look soooo unappealing!! It doesn’t even look like Taco Bell from the outside.. I got one tomato and maybe 2 shreds of lettuce… what an absolute waste of money!
My bf got the crunch wrap and he gets extra beef… half of it didn’t even have any meat and it is sooo thin. The pics online aren’t even 10% of what we got tonight… dooo not go here yall.

Shoutout to Will and Tristin at Taco Bell absolute legends. From the moment I walked in, the energy was on point. Super friendly, fast, and actually cared about getting the order right (which sadly isn’t always the case these days).
Will held it down with great customer service and a positive attitude, and Tristin made sure everything came out fresh and exactly how it should be. Food was hot wellmade, and the whole experience was smooth start to finish.
This is how fast food should be done. Huge respect to both of them they definitely made the visit worth it. I’ll be back

I placed two separate orders within 30 minutes because the first one wasn’t made properly—the food was barely filled, with what looked like a sample-size amount of meat, and it arrived cool. I reordered thinking it was a mistake, but the second order had the exact same problems.
Both orders had way less meat than what Taco Bell serves in person, and the food clearly wasn’t prepared or handled correctly. This isn’t what anyone expects when paying full price for fast food.
This was not a delivery issue—Uber Eats did their job. The problem was Taco Bell’s food preparation and quality control. Charging full price for underfilled, poorly prepared food is misleading and unacceptable.
Two bad orders back-to-back shows a clear lack of care. This was an Uber Eats order, so buyers beware. It honestly feels like an “online order, who cares” attitude, and that’s not okay

Eva Lopez was the most friendliest accommodating Taco Bell worker I’ve ever encountered in my life she was super patient, super friendly and made sure that we got our food in a timely manner and everything was nice and fresh. Because of her, I will never go through another taco Bell again. There’s nobody that can ever come close to her exceptional customer service and positive attitude.

This location is clean and was very quiet when I visited around noon. You can order from a digital kiosk and customize how little or how much of each ingredient you want on your items, which is a plus for me. I tried the new tropical punch energy drink and I look forward to getting it again. Service was fast and convenient today.

I placed an order through their app and picked it up in the lobby. I WAITED FOR AN ENTIRE HOUR FOR THEM TO MAKE MY ORDER! The lobby was full of people waiting to pick up Door Dash orders and everyone waited as long as I did. None of the employees moved with any urgency or acknowledged they were disastrously behind. There was a half-asleep girl who took longer than the combined runtime of the extended director’s cut version of the Lord of the Rings trilogy to put ground meat in a shell and for some reason they have her making everyone in Saint Lucie County’s order. A guy I assume was the manager stood in the back fiddling around with sauces but again, took his sweet time. Their expeditor just stumbled around between the drive through and lobby and shouted customer’s names for orders when one came out every quarter-century or so. I barely got a “Sorry for the wait” when they handed me my order.
I will never visit this location again or let anyone I like go there. Pause taking online orders for a bit if you’re that behind. I would’ve preferred the app tell me they’re closed until they catch up. Build another location in the area or something. Clearly they get enough traffic for it.

Ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos… They had noooooi beef, no cheese. Was all tortilla… Paid all this money to be ripped off..I will be going in an talking to manager as well.. I come to this location alot since I live so close an this happens allll the time. DOOO NOTTTTT COMEEE TO. THIS LOCATION!!!!!! WORST LOCATION EVER!!!! ALSO… Got 2 cheese roll ups for my kid an it was also all tortilla!!! Not even cheese… What a joke!!! How can u run a business like this???

Ashley said she’d make sure my order was just right and fresh when my ubereats delivery took too long/kept reassigning drivers. The food came completely wrong- my husband is allergic to several ingredients that he toggled have omitted from his food. The ingredients he was allergic to were still on his food. I’m grateful we thought to check the food before eating it. I get it’s a hard job but please read instructions so you don’t give someone an allergic reaction out pure carelessness. Thanks for making a crummy situation even worse.
