This is the second time I’ve come to this Taco Bell, and Carly has treated us wonderfully both times. She’s incredibly polite, attentive, and consistently gives us an excellent customer service experience. She always makes sure we’re satisfied and truly goes above and beyond. I hope she gets recognized for the fantastic job she does.

I am an UberEats and DoorDash Delivery Driver and I came to this location to pick up a customer’s order and from the time of checking in with the customer’s name with the restaurant I was waiting 21 minutes to finally receive the order making my customer’s food delivery 20 minutes late! Meanwhile all the drive-thru orders were being make and given out quickly. Unacceptable!

The manager that works the drive thru kept sucking her teeth at me as if she was annoyed because I asked for sauce when they are supposed to do that. The cheesy street tacos where the size of 2 pizza bites when the picture shows it being the length of my hand. T also hate 1 thin piece of steak and all bread. I was very disappointed and will never go back to taco bell again. Everything I go to taco bell it’s always something. Mess up my orders, portions of food are always incredibly small.customer service wanna fight with you. So I rated them 2 stars being nice when it’s really a half a star experience.

By far the worst Taco Bell on this side of the Mississippi. Walking in (or more often crawling through that endless drive-thru line) feels less like grabbing a quick bite and more like signing up for a punishment. The shelves are always bare — they never have what you actually want. Crunchwrap? Nope. Chalupa? Out. Mexican Pizza? Forget about it. Their default answer is always “we’re out, but we can substitute.” No, I don’t want a substitution, just give me a refund and spare me the nonsense.
And don’t even get me started on the drive-thru. The line moves at the pace of a snail that’s already given up on life. You’ll spend half your evening inching forward only to be told at the speaker that half the menu is “unavailable.” Then, instead of just letting you wait, they pull that scammy trick of making you drive up, circle around, and pull back in line to protect their “service times.” Imagine burning gas, wasting patience, and getting nothing but disappointment for it.
This location has somehow perfected the art of being both slow and sloppy while running out of everything that makes Taco Bell, Taco Bell. If corporate wants to study how to ruin customer trust, they should use this place as the case study. Honestly, the only thing consistent about this Taco Bell is how consistently bad it is.
