Worse restaurants ever , rushed me at drive through told them the way I wanted my ordered and I was asked if I wanted a bigger size drink I got to the window the girl handed me size I didn’t agree to and she wouldn’t change it then I looked in the bag and she watched me and the whole or was wrong and I try to hand it back and the girl stood side ways to the woman in the kitchen and at this point I very upset then the girl says she couldn’t do come around front then I am over the top of it all and then the woman in the kitchen yelled at me . My option the worst restaurant ever and my food was even cold by the time I got home which is 2 mins down the road. Then I try to reach out 4 times to speak to a manager at this restaurant and the phone would ring two times and the call was hung up on me. Very poor place don’t waste your time …

Why can’t I ever get what I order and pay for???? Tonight ordered the value meal that has 3 Doritos taco Supremes and ordered 3 extra Doritos taco Supremes and a beefy 5 layer burrito. Got home with 3 Doritos tacos one of the tacos had a plain tortilla shell and 2 burritos of some sort.. No sour cream on any of the items. Oh and wasn’t given a receipt to prove it but clearly seen on menu board the correct order given…and the total was 26.00 i think.

Their lobby is NEVER open, even at peak lunch time it’s locked and never any signs as to why. We went through the drive thru and the food was actually cold, and multiple items were made incorrectly. It’s like they just gave us what they had sitting around. Don’t waste your money here. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too.

New location in leesburg since I last lived there. Very clean and modern store. Combo was the best value and had yummy items. The 5 layer burrito was very good and the cinnamon crunchies. We’ll be back to our new local Taco Bell!
