This location is a joke. Never had good service here. Tonight my husband I ordered in the app. I chose the “drive thru” option so we wouldn’t have to get out with our kids. He gets there and they made him come inside because he “had a drink”. Weird. They never had an issue handing a drink through the window before? But ok whatever.
He gets home- we only live 8 minutes away. All of our food was soggy. Absolutely disgusting. His quesadilla was folded together and literally just a clump of tortilla and wet cheese.
He called the manager, Ava, she said to come in tomorrow they’ll remake the food. Now why would we want it a second day in a row?
She literally didn’t even care.
This location is a complete joke- don’t waste your time or money.

Just left ordering lunch for the family. Jahira was the definition of customer service! She listened to what we had to say without rushing us. Repeated our order and pleasantly took our second order. We received the food with a smile. We parked to check our food, and it was correct. One of the items had no sour cream as requested. hot and fresh. Highly recommend this location.

I hadn’t visited Taco Bell in several years. Simply because the quality of food was nothing to be desired. Stopped in this time because my ailing sister was craving Tacos. Sadly the food was just awful. The crunch wrap was soggy and rubbery, along with the burrito. It’s safe to say I will not ever ever visit Taco Bell anywhere. Our money is far to important to have to throw dinner in the trash.

The Taco Bell in Leesburg is our favorite place to go but the one woman who works register on Thursday nights always gets our orders wrong along with not giving us all our stuff. I have pushed through every encounter but it just seems to get worse. Do better on who you hire as a cashier.

I gave a 4 rating on food instead of 5 because of the price point. I believe Taco Bell could do better on price even in this economy. But the food was good, served hot, and quality was as expected. Staff was courteous and friendly and the place was clean.

Customer service is terrible every since they put the self serve kiosks In and this place is so dirty floor and bathrooms just gross and my kiosk froze up and I asked the guy does this usually happen what do I do he said I don’t know the pictures probably do it justice it was nasty this was at 230 in the afternoon and no one was in here so they had plenty of time to be cleaning up

Came in on a Thursday around 8:45pm like we always do after a game. Only ones in lobby. You can always tell when the manager is not at this location. The lobby was dirty, cups on tables, trash on floor. I watched an employee take the trash out and come back in and go straight to the line and start making food. No washing hand, nothing just straight to the food. Another employee tells us it’s going to be 15-20 minutes for our food as they just received a big order and that comes first. There’s like four employees at least who can make food. I understand wanting to make the order but you should be able to take care of both in an out of the house.

This was the worst fast food service I have EVER experienced. Ordered food and a cup for water. Food came, no cup. Went back to the counter and couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Finally, I was reduced to yelling before anyone came to the counter. Handed me a cup without a word. I could see the crew serving drive thru customers and then just standing around talking to each other.

I just went through the drive through today 8/31/25 at about 4pm and when I say that was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in ages! I stopped going to Taco Bell because every time I went there nobody could get it right or it just tasted old and nasty. I’m not even trying to be rude but half the time it tasted like dog food that’s why I just couldn’t do it my husband and my son really really wanted some Taco Bell so I broke down and I said OK. I got two soft tacos, light lettuce, extra cheese and one soft taco supreme for myself. My hubby got two chicken quesadillas. And my picky son got a cheese roll up. We are all sitting here debating whether or not we should go back and get more because it hit the spot so good especially for me because usually I can’t make it three bites without throwing it out and your customer service was amazing thank you again Because I’ll be coming back. I just hope the next time it taste the same way.
