I had the pleasure to come by this Taco Bell in which my wife and children frequent. On this particular day I politely asked the gentleman who was taking my order “Is it ok if I get those Nacho Fries made fresh” a young lady interjected and informed me that “We don’t make fresh fries, we’re not that kind of place, the fries are already made, we don’t make anything to order” It’s not what she said but the way in which she said it was in a way is if she was annoyed. As a customer whose family frequent this one in particular it would be nice to have some un-soggy fries when you order them. And I’ve requested fresh fries from this place before and they had no issue with it. Have a wonderful day!

Workers are very nice at this location. The food is typical taco bell food, and I have never received an incorrect order. They seem to be doing a great job. The store is new and is clean.

This Taco Bell ALWAYS has issues with my orders, both in person and through DoorDash. It’s absurd. Multiple times I’ve had to drive to this Taco Bell after ordering through DoorDash to correct issues with my orders. The picture attached is supposed to be supreme taco with beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and jalapeños. Where’s the lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream? Those are the 3 ingredients that differentiate the supreme tacos from their standard tacos. But of course I was charged for the supreme tacos. Twice I’ve gone back to confront them about issues with orders and they threatened to trespass me for “causing a scene” when I’ve never once been rude to them. It’s simple. Just get the orders right from the get go. It’s not a hard job.

This is the best of the two Taco belles in our area. Joseph always greets with a smile and gives great service and it’s always after 9pm that we go because we work late. We appreciate the team for the consistently good food and quality service over all.

Why does it take them an hour to get my food ready every single time? I’ve had DoorDash tell me there’s no line but they’re inside talking. Like your job is just to prepare food. If you can’t do it then don’t work there. This location always gives the longest wait times out of any other Taco Bell that I order from. I don’t get it. And nine times out of 10 they don’t have the seal On my drink so I have to throw it away. Bike it’s a manager who is in charge get it Together. I shouldn’t have to file a complaint after complaint complaint of your team not properly seal the drink. But if I order from McDonald’s one single time the drink Is sealed. Do better.

I cannot begin to count the amount of times I have gotten either the wrong item entirely, things missing from the correct items, or just poor quality food in general. With three taco bells all in close proximity, you’d be better off going to one of the other locations, or a different chain altogether.
