I ordered the chicken cantina combo and other stuff, and not 1 thing was edible. Food was not fresh, the chicken in the taco was harder than a rock and old like its been sitting for a while, the beef in my cheesy rollups, was old and cold. Tacos was all cracked and stale. Called the store to speak to a manager and no one answered. I spent $30 for my food and family to get home to non edible tacos. I hope this place shuts down and fire everyone in there. I will be tomorrow morning taking all these tacos back and get my money back. I will be recording everything to make sure the video goes viral so everyone sees that garbage food they preparing to customers. TACO BELL, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER WITH YOUR FOOD AND MAKING FRESH FOOD FOR THOSE THAT ARE SPENDING THEIR MONEY IN YOUR RESTAURANT. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

I Had a Band On Me And Didn’t Want To Break It… I Payed With Change
The Person That Took My Order Was Rude
Apparently New But She’s Been There for 2 weeks and Have No customer service…
I Look At My Reciept Realize The Rude Cashier Charged Me Regular For a Happy Hour Baja Blast I Asked Is It Happy Hour ? And she said No and I looked at The Time Which Was 2:57 pm 02/15/26 I said I would like my Money Back
She Calls For The Manager And
The manager was also rude And she Says “It’s literally only a Dollar” but I Was Charged $2.79.. The Manager Acted Like It Was A Big Deal Which Her Name Is Nayelis C.
Then the Cashier Proceeds to tell her “OH she payed with Quarters” and The manager NAYELIS C Says “Well She’s Getting Her Quarters” and The Cashier Smirked

I ordered my food through drive through.. I explained to who ever took my order I don’t eat meat so they offered a number two chicken… I wanted sour cream so they offered a supreme I was never told of an up fee of 5 dollars… as I went to the window a lady with glasses talked to her staff rudely and told them to charge me the $5 fee.. the cashier said I’m so sorry… I was upset because as a customer it was never mentioned.. why should I pay this… so that lady who was supposed to be a supervisor was extremely rude to me refused to honor and override a simple mistake..she was extremely rude to her staff… this is unacceptable behavior from a supervisor and definitely unprofessional… she kept arguing with me… over something that could of been handled smoothly…this being said she needs more training and for her staff to apologize for behavior says allot… I will make sure who’s in charge of this location hears this from me …

This is one of those Bell locations that really do not care about much. Dirty.. run down.. orders are wrong even when you order from the kiosk.. and it only gets worse from there.
I won’t even get started on the food. Just browse some of the other reviews with pictures.
I have no idea how this location is still in business.
I truly have not visited a Taco Bell in over 5 years. After today, I remember why. I’m sure it will probably be another 5 years before I even THINK about trying the brand again.

It’s the same Taco Bell you either already love or hate, but the hospitality and service was sublime! Makayla was thoughtful and thoroughly answered all my questions about the new options on the checkout devices. Bless that Makayla’s heart, she makes the experience well worth it!

The food quality at this Taco Bell is consistent with other locations. The issue is constantly getting back incorrect orders. Whether ordering from the app or ordering from the drive-thru, if you order more than 2 meals, chances are high that something will be missing or wrong. The workers here seem to get confused with larger or custom requests. I don’t know if they don’t know how to read or just don’t give a crap. I suggest if you order more than 2 meals, to make them in separate orders to at least increase your chances of them getting your order right, but it’s always a dice roll.

I had some issues with my mobile order as it was not delivered. I contacted DoorDash saying nothing could be done and recommended to call Taco Bell instead. I did and spoke to the manager unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, she was really sweet and patient, took care of everything, re-did my order so I could receive it hot and freshly made and even sent me a little apology note. It’s probably the bare minimum but we all know some fast food places wouldn’t care to go that extra mile!

Was here yesterday and the staff is great they correct mistakes without being rude. Bradley was at the register tonight and he had such a great attitude he didn’t seem like he hated us for going there like most other places.

Don’t go to this place. This location makes the taco bells restaurants look so bad. Tacos are messy and they forgot my drink I was at the window for several minutes honking and calling the girl at the window she just straight up ignore me. If u are not happy working there u should quit ure job and do something else. Last time I stop at this location
