All I can do is shake my head after 2 visits in one week since we are close by while set up at the fair.
We ordered inside and waited almost 30 minutes both times to get our food. Other customers showed frustration as well and we’re waiting longer than us. Not sure what was going on to cause this wait, but there seemed to be No one in charge let alone anyone present at the counter for us to ask what was going on with our order.
Kiosks ordering has taken the place of employees.
They need to hire more people to make the orders then.
Poor management would be my first guess.
We will not return to this location.

If there was a negative number for this review I’d rate the food at that number. I waited for 35-40 minutes for my order and when I got it the order was wrong via the kitchen crew. The counter clerk was fantastic he was a gem and he took my order correctly. Seems like your store is under staffed and no one checking what’s flying out the kitchen. Waste of my time and money.

Ordered two beefy 5 layer burritos, they had 90% beens and a dash of ground meat and cheese and no sour cream. Also burnt/over cooked the tortilla. Had ordered 3 drinks, a Baja blast & Starry both were watered down and tasted like bleach. Also a passion fruit & strawberry drink that was also incredibly watered down and had the slightest taste of strawberry & 0% passionfruit. With all that the wait was about 10-15 min for overpriced trash. Please do better

I waited in the drive through line for 50 minutes with just 2 cars in front of me. All this for 3 soft tacos. The manager walk by the window a few times but did not help his staff with orders. Instead he went directly into his office. Do yourself a favor and Skip this location. No personalty or professionalism.

There was a item on the menu the poblano quesadilla from like 2 months ago but they didn’t have it the GM. Megan went out our way to try to make it right for me. At first I agreed with what she offered but then I still wasn’t happy so I went back to her and she went out her way and now I feel valued. Should I have to agree to help me out the second time but she did anyways.

Worst service ever will be filing a complaint corporate over 20 minute wait for food and the manager ready to fight guest. So sad answers the phone and hangs up on guest so sad food wrong manager setting the worst example
Doordahers getting yelled at because the staff didn’t know what’s going on and the manager is the worst should be fired she working today shift at 5 just terrible corporate should look into this shut it down will be filing complaints so sad Pepe shouldn’t be abused like you doing us a favor we coming to you keeps your job that you clearly need why not hold some proudness to it honor your job the one you are blesssed with rather than acting lol trash as a manager.

17 minutes to get 2 tacos? 4 employees, only one car in the drive though, and an empty dining room. I asked what’s taking so long, big mistake. I got slimy crumbled tacos.
