If I could give ZERO I would. It’s a shame because when I come here it’s usually good. I dunno what was this issue Saturday night but our order had items missing. When we went back around I asked politely if we could get our missing items and the manager gave me attitude and tired to charge me 6 dollars until I gave her my receipt and gave me the items I was missing. I paid for supreme and rice and paid extra for avocado ranch in my taco and this is what I got Absolutely Disgusting. I had to work the next day so unfortunately I couldn’t ask for my money BACK

The establishment was empty at the time we went to get some food. You have the choice to order from their app or in person. They have a couple of kiosk screens you can order from but they happened to be on the fritz during our visit so we just ordered at the counter. They appeared to be a little short handed but they tended to us in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants because the food is tasty and filling. Update: one of the kiosks is working now so that helped speed up my order.

I just want to give a huge thank you to the team at this Taco Bell! I was in a tough spot today, and the manager went above and beyond to help me get something to eat. Their kindness and willingness to give back to the community truly made a difference for me. We need more people like this in the world. Thank you for showing compassion and making a positive impact!

‼️ Warning ‼️ Do not come here when the night crew is working ( the young kids ) the guys working during the day there ok but when the young kids are working at night and they have there friends come and from what I saw was minors wearing no helmets 2 of them on a dirt bike drive up to the kitchen door and shake hands and hang out with the staff smoke who knows what , mean while there slaughtering orders the cook is no longer using beef at all zero instead making every order with excessive amounts of refried beans
On everything from nachos to tacos and the worst part is there so young and have so much attitude your timid you might offend them by addressing the error and in retaliation they do something else to your food… This is the third time this has happened to me I haven’t said anything but at this point I’m tired of it preferably for me and the rest of the people who work for money and don’t have time to cook can we maybe just put a sign up in the window that’s says after dark the outcome of your order depends on what mood the staff is in because then I’ll know
Otherwise now I have to call my bank and report this charge as i paid for something I did not receive nor did I have the time to argue about it I just bought food somewhere else. i hate calling my bank over ridiculous absolutely down right annoying avoidable errors but I will not be made a fool for my hard earned money I’ll have what I paid for or I want my money back highly recommend looking into what happens when the teenagers are working at night you might notice your sales increase after correcting horrible service and inappropriate display of a work environment and businesses a food establishment at that of all things

I wish i could give 0 stars Employees ignore customers, drive thru will take a minimum of 20 minutes because once they’re done with one car they force next one to wait every time.. and then you place your order thru the app and it takes them 45+ minutes to make to box combos ???? its ridiculous and no ownership taken ever.

Horrible. I order thru door dash and have him waiting over 30 mins.. don’t prioritize online orders. Plus it should be salad taco since they don’t add any meat or little and if i could I would give them 0 on everything

Employees ignore customers, drive thru will take a minimum of 20 minutes because once they’re done with one car they force next one to wait 5 minutes before acknowledging the next one! Food is mediocre at best! Drive to the one on Osceola near Simpson just 4 minutes away for a much better experience!!!

Excellent service had my door dash order taken by a driver i had door dash cancel i replaced order call the store they answer phone on 1st ring even tho it was late took care of my issue and gave me an extra chalupa for the theft ! Amazing service thank you guys ! People are easy to give bad reviews but people need to also review when there is great service !

It’s 4/6/25! I Wish this staff trained all of the stores! From start to finish everyone and everything was picture perfect! Totally reminds me of the good ole days. Everything we ordered w/ plenty of modifications was made and tasted perfect! Thank you for your hard work! See you soon!

Picture of my “quesadilla” today. I think that speaks for itself. And I live less than a mile away, so I can assure you nothing happened between the drive through and getting home with it. The rest of the food was good, but this location consistently has issues with the quesadillas, ranging from being cold to not being cut at all. Today was by far the worst though. It looks like it was just balled up and thrown in the bag.
