This was my first time ever going to this Taco Bell and I honestly had the best experience.
The guy in the drive-thru, Mason, was amazing. Super friendly, great attitude, and just made the whole interaction enjoyable. When he asked if I wanted to round up for a donation (which I never do), his personality and service were so good that I actually said yes… and that literally never happens.
When I pulled up to pick up my food, a really sweet girl greeted me and handed me my order. I mentioned I was missing the verde sauce and she immediately apologized and gave me a card for a free taco. Like… what?! That kind of service is rare and so appreciated.
Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Such a great first experience — I’ll definitely be back!!!!
If you want it even more casual, shorter, or a little funnier, tell me the vibe and I’ll tweak it.

I stopped in to this location for the first time this afternoon. I was promptly greeted by the young man behind the counter. This was refreshing as so many locations seem to hide in the back. After placing my order at the kiosk, I asked for a cup of water to go with my meal. I was declined. I explained I don’t drink soda, but it didn’t matter. He said his manager told him not to provide water but didn’t know why. Everything else was fine.

Received a burrito supreme with a huge hole in it and was cold. Then my steak grilled burrito was cold on one side and the ingredients were put in poorly. The young lady talked so damn fast i could barely understand her. I usually go and the young black lady is there and is great, tonight was not great.

If I could I would give this place ZERO stars. So disgusting. By the time I got home I noticed the bottom of the bag was soaking wet and had to place it in a plastic bag because it was already ripping apart at the bottom. I reach my hand inside and everything is WET. I ordered a chalupa meal and shredded chicken Chipotle melts. Then 2 extra tacos. The only thing I was able to salvage was the Chipotle chicken melts! UNBELIEVABLE. Reading the rest of these reviews I don’t even know how this place is still open it’s obvious they have a quality control issue. I don’t expect gourmet food but never have I been to a Taco Bell and not been able to eat the food that I PAID FOR.

Asked the girl taking my order three times to make sure one of these crunch wraps is chicken!!!!! I swear this Specific place has really really bad customer service! They don’t listen they don’t repeat the Oder and always gives you the wrong order it’s super annoying!!!! The register breaks down all time and they close ealier then stated online. At this point I’m ready to sue this place! I have so much proof of bad service it’s ridiculous! Seriously!

The worst experience ever, the manager on the late shift was extremely rude, she needs to be fired, she kept complaining to the customers that is only her and 1 other person and that we should not complain on waiting (we’ve been waiting for more than 30 mins for our food), they didn’t have some of the items of my order so we asked for a refund she said she couldn’t do that. Props to the worker on the kitchen he was super nice and doing a great job by himself, also props to him to be able to work with this manager…

Great experience today. I’m in my 70’s and walk with a cane. I parked in handicap spot (I have placard) was met with a very friendly your man, he opened the door and said welcome to Taco Bell and took my dine in order.
I got my free Sr. drink they offer and sat down.
Normally they call your name and you go pick up your food. He brought it right to my table. His name was David! very nice and respectful young man. ( you don’t see that too often)

I came to the store, placed my order at 2:34 p.m., and they brought it out at 2:53 p.m. I was the only person in the store. Then a couple arrived and their order only took 5 minutes. For me, it took 6 tacos that long. It sucks. Very annoying

I placed a mobile order and didn’t get it until half an hour AFTER I GOT THERE!!!! The guys there have no sense of urgency. Two people came to them with issues and it was like it was an inconvenience or something. I understand they may be short staffed but COME ON!!
Now to the food, there was barely any chicken in our quesadillas and the chicken nuggets were over-fried.
Look at the picture. My food was supposed to be ready at 6:09. I didn’t get my shit until 6:35!
