Disappointed in everything, I love taco bell but this place was just bad. Customer service wasn’t good either, waiting to be attended and having to ask for sauce and only gave me like 3 fire sauces! Dont get me started on the drink station! The drinks just task horrible like it hasn’t been clean, huge safety hazard for the customers. I went online to order and after spending 10 minutes picking out my food I found out this location doesn’t do online. I then went to the drive through to order the exact thing from online and was told they don’t have that meal. Tons of time wasted and at the end I just went to McDonald’s. Do better you are losing customers. At least offer a similar meal deal instead of something double the price. This is the worst Taco Bell in the area. Please bring it up to standard.

My order was not complete correctly, made some request on how I wanted my order and it was swap, missing items, I know they were short staff but regardless of that I was expecting to have my meals correct. I’ve being here before and is being always good but not today. Guys keep it up and have all together like before. I tried to have my order fixed and it took another 15 minutes to get things somehow fix.

This one restaurant is always closed before the closing time. Never have ice and in new year it was 9pm and I was trying to buy some food and the guy outside, doing nothing said they were closed, just to not take a drive-tru order.

As Taco Bells go this one was okay. The store was clean and the food tasted good. I got 3 Doritos Locos Tacos and they all fell apart when I tried to eat them. I had to finish them with a fork which was disappointing. Overall it was a fine visit.

Shocking service. One girl had no idea if the ingredients were gluten free and told me to look it up and another girl, I presume the manager, told me the prices were wrong when I asked why the cheese quesadilla was 4.29 and then just walked off. When I got out I then found my Chicken taco might as well not have had chicken in it. Not impressed

I was talking to 2 of my 4 kids on deciding what to eat and there was no one behind me and manager told me to move or come inside in a very rude voice I have a son with seizures and forgets stuff and needed time to look at the menu online he heard that , the guy at the speaker was kind to understand situation and manager just grab the call to rush me out when no one was behind me

usually a good place to drop in and grab a quick bite heading home from the theme parks. kinda wondering if an eyelash is supposed to be in the taco … found the eyelash hair (only 1) in the hard taco with my meal and kinda at a loss for words. (kinda also hopeing I haven’t eaten more.) got my food through drive thru and it was made fast on a super slow night (no people inside unless they took bikes and hid them well) due to no cars in parking lot other than 2 for the workers I’m guessing. It is nice to pop in one place and get to order from 2 places for 1 order. (pic of eyelash posted with this)
