The lady that took our order (drive thru) was fantastic. Food was fresh and hot, it is what’s available on the menu and what we ordered. #9 beef and cheese burrito with hard taco and drink.. I feel it should be made with shredded cheese instead of cheese sauce. Idk if it was that or whatever the red chip type pieces are… Tasted like bacon. I wish I could remember her name, she should know how awesome she is.

Honestly this is one of the worst places they are constantly forgetting food in my bag when I call they don’t answer the phone always feel like I’m being rushed out of there they don’t put napkins in the bag have to wait at the window for them to open it back up the quality of the food is poor and skimpy it’s like they take money out of the employees checks if they don’t put less ingredients in the food highly disappointed in this place

My orders are almost always missing something and when I call to get my items that I paid for management gives me nothing but attitude. Then tonight I lost my patience and had to post this picture. This is a nacho fry box. Are you guys serious? When I called to ask what happened I was greeted with more attitude. Look if you don’t want to work at taco bell then quit, if not please stop being rude to your customers. I’m not asking for a lot, just the items that I PAID for and possibly more than 1/3 filled up fry.
