I ordered from this place through doordash and I hate to say but place is crap. They did not follow instructions on my order. I ordered the cantina burrito with red sauce and did not get that. The hardshell taco smelled like burnt oil and all the added was meat and cheese that looked like an animal would only eat. I called the store and spoke to the manager ther Kimberly amd I asked her if they actually read the instructions the customers request and she got all deffensive saying she prepared it and it was fine. Well no, because I even asked for no ice in my drink and there was ice in my drink. SO obvioulsy you do not know how to read and I will escalate to corporate which I have the number and report this store. If you cannot handle people then you are in the wrong field. You are very unprofessional and nasty may I add because who are you to hang up the phone when people are talking to you? I have pictures of the food so yes it will be escalated.

This is just ridiculous, my food shouldn’t be destroyed and it shouldn’t be always forgotten. I understand if you forget it once in a while but it’s every time I go. They also apparently ran out of beef and didn’t tell us so everything we got with beef had a ton of beans on it, which was disgusting. I expected better to be honest.

Normally my go to. I was refused service on a Saturday at midnight. They said they’re only open and operating for door dash. I won’t be back if they continue to choose to ignore drive thru services. You’d think drive thru would be the priority. It hurts a lot more when a human tells you that “[you can’t eat here]” versus a phone saying, “This place is closed”

Usually we comment on the cleanliness and service and how you can tell the people actually care when making the food. Tonight, different story. We ordered from the kiosk and sat for 25 minutes while group after group got served before us that ordered after. When I said something to the manager on-site I got a nasty attitude. It ended up being a total of 35 minutes wait. This is more then likely the last time We will eat here.

Almost everytime I have been to this location, the food I’be received has been half filled. I mainly order nacho fries (which are almost always seasoned very little), and cheese fiesta potatoes. I’d imagine these aren’t hard to mess up but they manage to all the time. If you’re paying for the full amount then why is it half full or not seasoned? Other locations I’ve been to don’t have this problem. I’m giving it a 1 star for how consistent this issue is. It’s pretty dissatisfying.

Walked into Taco Bell to order food had order on the kiosk and then a worker told us the inside was closed so we asked if we could wait for our food he said yes. Another employee Kimberly C came out and was extremely rude to us and snapped because they forgot to lock the door and told us we needed to get out and basically pushed us out the door. I asked for a refund and she told me I had to go through the drive through which had 12 cars in line. As we were walking out I said this isn’t very good customer service and she said I’ll show you good customer service and slammed the door behind us.

Shout out to Greg the manager for tonight for being the absolute worst. And who ever was the speaker lady who claimed she was a manager and had the worst attitude possible. Closing a whole 2 hours early on New Year’s Eve/day. There should be no reason to be talking that way to every customer coming through the drive thru. NEVER go here. Claiming they’re not taking orders while there’s a whole line waiting and selecting who gets theirs and who doesn’t. Worst, absolute worst, Taco Bell ever. Everyone should be fired there and there will be corporate reports about this incident.

I’m surprised they haven’t fired their staff yet, I see plenty of reviews that are addressing the same problem and are continuing to ignore their customers and serve cold food.
Do not go to this location, I would honestly rather drive a longer distance to get better quality food and service from this franchise.
Knew I was there, and purposely avoided me…
This should be fixed as soon as possible or you will be getting repeated bad reviews.
