I go here 5 x a week, I always go inside and order on kiosk then I woke up to pay cash.((update last time I went here I stood at the counter trying to pay and the managers and 5-6 staff were bragging how great they were and no one looks up so I could pay and I left)) I will wait a couple of years before I might maybe try them again))) maybe)))

Always great food. However these people really need to start actually reading and checking the orders. Frequently go there and this is the third time they forgot something on my order. If I’m paying for food, you should make sure it’s all in the bag.

Very fast service compared to other Taco Bell’s. Was greeted almost immediately when I walked through the door. Ordered with mobile app. No issues at all. Condiment packets were in the bag, which most Taco Bells don’t even put anything in the bag, even though it’s on the mobile order stating condiments were selected.

I went through the drive-through tonight and ordered some food. It was pretty busy, but Nicole B was working the window and was absolutely amazing and multitasking. She was kind quick and made sure that service was good. I appreciate all of her hard work. This location is the nicest and cleanest that I’ve been to.

This is the most freakishly clean and perfect Taco Bell in existence. Whenever I’m passing thru town I stop here to dine in and my order never gets messed up either. It’s like a real restaurant. Corporate should take note, this is a flagship store.

So we went to the drive-thru with a plan. A create your own luxe box. The Taco Bell app is so unusable that we couldn’t make an order, so we tried to make it at the restaurant. And the girl taking our order was so smug, saying “oooh nooo, that can only be made on the app! We have other luxe boxes,” And would refuse to take the order that we wanted. It wasn’t like she couldn’t just as easily alter a luxe box. So we got a different box and a chicken quesadilla. And they gave us an undercooked, uncut quesadilla and just threw the cinnamon twists all willy Billy in the bag, like they were mad I even asked for something so simple. Terrible customer service attitude. Probably never going back.

My boyfriend and I came through the drive thru at about 12:20 and we got the street chalupas and sides of sour cream and nacho sauce because they wouldn’t put it on there even though all of the other Taco Bell’s do and a fiesta potato. My chulupa was cold and there were three pieces of chicken in it. The potato was old and cold as well as the nacho sauce on it. The lady on the speaker made a comment that she was underpaid well maybe if y’all had everything correct and made right you would be paid more. When she handed us the drinks mine was spilling over and foaming the lid was sticking halfway up. Very disappointed will stay going to the one of 4k so much better

Paid for extra steak in my grilled cheese burrito and had no steak until I got to the bottom and only had two bites with steak. I paid almost 8$ for 2$ burrito. I also ordered the street chalupas and they were so burnt I couldn’t eat them.
