Lobby is gross. Employee touching all kinds of stuff without changing gloves. Gave me a regular taco and not the supreme (had to get that fixed). Crunchwrap was not folded properly.

I never leave reviews but oh my goodness I have never gotten an order here that was right! I say no lettuce every time and they never remember not to. Look at the screen! Read the screen! I work in the food industry and the amount of laziness it takes to mess up 3 meals in one order your food costs must be astronomical I feel sorry for the people who have to attempt to manage these people. I hate to be this way but when I have had every order for the past 2 years missing something or something is off with it is absolutely ridiculous be an adult and do your job!

This is my favorite Taco Bell in Marion County. I don’t live near it so I don’t go there often but when I’m on that side of town I do go there. Seems like their portions are more what the standard should be. I like a good crunchy taco and this is the only Taco Bell that actually fills their tacos up like they should. the lobby has been renovated, or so I was told. the cashier was friendly, upbeat and polite.
I had the grilled cheese burrito and the beefy melt burrito, I couldn’t tell the difference by taste and wouldn’t be able to tell the difference by sight if there was no cheese on the outside of the grilled cheese burrito… definitely not worth the $2 difference when they are the same pretty much.

As good as all other taco bells and I agree I’m ridiculous for being a Little picky, but when you’re allowed to order something without sour cream and you do that 5 or 6 times and every time you get those items with sour cream, it’s like why do you ask? There were no napkins, the touchscreen order machine had dead spots, there was no soap or paper towels in the bathroom.
I had a tostada a month ago, right after they can out. They were clearly less than before they disappeared, with only a small circle of beans and sauce in the center of the tortilla. Yet yesterday, the tostada was less than the one a month ago. This was mostly lettuce and cheese to cover a thin smear of beans. No doubt the lettuce was to hide the lack of beans and sauce. In a month, the reduced size was reduced again.
The gordita was good and filled properly.
I was going to order the $7 Luxe Cravings box that Taco Bell advertises which this store sells for $7.99 but yesterday, it was now $9.99. That is pretty ridiculous that you can’t sell for the advertised price a month ago and now it is even higher ($10).
No one responded when I said they were out of soap and hand towels or when I said they were out of napkins. Another customer took both napkin dispenser lids to the counter and they still didn’t respond.
It wasn’t too dirty. The floors were fairly clean but it was clear no one had wiped the tables.
And the receipts no longer tell about feedback on the service.

Went there about 1030 pm to order my wife and I something to eat they were first of all, root out. The window told me to wait a minute, so I waited and a couple minutes later she asked me, is there anything that I can do for you? So I place my order, get up to the window. And the lady was extremely rude there. I don’t know if it was the same lady. But the look on her face was just in disgust.Didn’t smile once waited about ten minutes for the food and then I asked for sauce packs and she hands me two when I clearly asked for more.We get home.The food is all in the box.The tacos are broken not to mention I was watching her pore.Some of the drinks out before she even put the lids on.I will never be going back.There did not feel welcoming.The staff looked angry and it was very slow to get the food

In January 20 late in the evening the drive thru window person was very rude. I asked her if she heard me say we needed a second drink. She indicated she heard me. After a few minutes she handed me one drink. I said i would pay for the second drink and that’s why I asked is she heard me. She snapped on me. Very unprofessional and I see why the rating is only 3.8. Never again
