I just waited in line for twenty minutes when they announced they were closed. I was the last person in line. Lazy and stupid, and now there’s a whole family that has to make different plans. Good job! Lack of decent service makes this place a no-go. I’ve never been so angry at a fast food restaurant.

Food turns out okay if they get the order right. Crazy slow though. They don’t acknowledge you when you’re there and stay in the back the whole time so you can’t see them. I really don’t like giving bad reviews but you can’t get in and out for “fast food”

The specific location is superior to every other Taco Bell in town. Food is always hot and fresh. Hot items never have stray lettuce in them. The service is always quick and respectful. The employees are fast pace and attentive. Never had fresh Taco Bell until I came here, and that’s why I keep coming back.

I ordered thru doordash this time, and the dasher was great to call me that the fryer was down as well to opt out for another type of taco for a box deal. The order was very fast with doordash for once. However our order was very cold as well as a very very small grilled stuff steak burrito on both orders. Not only that one wasn’t grilled at all and looked like a cheezy bean n rice burrito. Missing nachos as well in the order. #order number 957341. I know its hard to train people as well to find good workers, but please have a quality check before orders go out.

I used to have them at 5 stars but once we started dining inside the service went down hill. The drive thru is fast and on point but when you go inside and order it takes forever. Bout to go outside order through the drive thru and then bring it inside to eat. Ordered 3 items about 15 minutes ago… still waiting.
