This Taco Bell was open last night even though they only had two available menu items. They remained open with a full menu on DoorDash and uber eats despite only the two available items. When I arrived to pick up, they told me I had to tell the customer to cancel because they didn’t have their order. I had to go through support to unassign the order.
Flashback to this morning and my account has been reported as food picked up but not delivered. Why? I’m guessing either they reported me directly or because the restaurant stayed open on the apps despite having no food, and the order was reassigned.
I think this is some sort of a scam they are running. If the customer cancels, they must still get paid for the food they never prepared.

The food is tasty and affordable. The only small complaint that I have, is that after 12 noon/1:00, the potatoes for the spicy potato tacos are rock hard. But everything else is always hot and tasty. I always receive friendly and polite service

This location absolutely sucks, so slow and literally got a crunch wrap supreme with literally no meat… spent $ 30 to get a full meal for me and my man and his crunch wrap had zero meat. Just slimy extras. I wouldn’t pay to eat here again at least at this location. So disappointing. Didn’t realize adding the meat to a Crunchwrap was so diffcult.

Awful. Waited 20+ min for a Chalupa combo. Asked in store people 3 times about my order. Bathroom sink was filthy and gross; nothing to dry your hands with. Condiment station had no napkins. Terrible experience even for a fast food place.

Worst taco bell experience ive ever had. Daniel disappeared on the speaker before we could finish our order, forcing us to proceed forward to the window to give him the rest of our order. Once there, he began arguing with us, saying we stopped talking when in fact the opposite was true. Then on top of his completely uncalled for and unnecessary attitude, he rudely snaps something ive never heard in 30+ years of visiting fast food drive throughs: that he can’t add on to the order at the window, and we need to go get in the back of the line and start a new order. I don’t know if this kid is angry about something and is on the only kind of “power trip” he’s capable of, or if he’s just incompetent or what, but he’s doing a great job ensuring he has to do the least work possible by dwindling the total number of taco bell customers, one at a time.

Litterly the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. The staff is beyond rude. I’ve been there as both a customer and a door dasher and without fail they have been rude. I sent an email with pics to corporate months ago and never got a reply. Beyond the staff being rude, the items seem to be filled half as much as any other taco bell I’ve been to. Hasn’t been just on 1 occasion but on several. On several occasions I’ve ordered chalupas and they were about 1/3 full compared to any other taco bell. This place should be avoided.

I was never acknowledged at the front counter. Many people walking out because of this, includingmyself. I heard one lady say, “computer is down” to the people in the drive-thru. Food is good, but other Taco Bell locations are far better than this one in the overall experience.
