I walked here at 12am because based on all the current information online I should have been able to order inside. However the doors were locked and I was told to use drive thru, but I couldn’t because I was drunk and wasn’t driving. So I went to Denny’s across the street.

Ordered two chicken chalupas around 8:30pm. Tomatoes were half frozen, sour cream was in one spot at the end of each chalupa. Needless to say, after working a long shift, it was pretty disappointing to eat! There was no one in the drive through, they had no other customers. So I feel like a bit more effort could have been put into making two chalupas.

This place has to be the worse location overall. They always take 10-15 minutes on any orders and my order is never right.! Overall it’s a poorly ran establishment that falls on management. Seems like the manger is more interested in making friends than being a boss.

This location, as a theme, consistently messes up my order. Every single time. Also the food is always sloppy and wet for some reason. Why is it always wet? I paid $13 for a tortilla with some cheese. It’s a fail party.

The food,service,and atmosphere always varies from person to person because of the people on the shift that prepares your food. I’ve had some very nice ladies make my food perfectly in the day time because they care. And then there’s the night time orders (like this morning) 12:00 am where it arrives and it was prepared incorrectly and the chicken was cold and guacamole made my throat itch (assuming it’s just been sitting out) I’ve been shorted 7 bucks on my customizations. I recommend only getting customizations if you’re actually in the building otherwise the workers may just attempt to get away with it. Not saying I didn’t know the risks. Just thought to do a review bc I’m really peeved off this time. Normally I wouldn’t do reviews like this. But these customizations were 7 bucks shorted.

So disappointed!! No extra meat very small portion. Nothing like before because it’s always bigger. The chips are completely soggy. It’s been like a literally eight minutes. Soggy and I paid for extra meat and jalapeño sauce and it’s not on there!

This Taco Bell absolutely does not care about delivery drivers. I have been there on many occasions for deliveries and it doesn’t matter if it takes me 10 minutes or 15 minutes to get there it will never be ready and even when they know you’re there waiting on it they will still service their drive through before they even consider that you could have already dropped the order and been on another delivery. They care not about you or your time. Just pass on orders from this place because you’ll complete two other ones in the time it takes you to complete one from here when the drop is right around the corner.

Ordered 2 crunchwraps and they tasted absolutely rank. Thought it was the whole thing at first because of how awful the taste was and ended up discovering it was the tortilla or the cheese. Whatever it was tasted rancid, super bitter and chemically.. Worried about getting food poisoning with how awful this tasted. Extremely disappointing because the only reason I get taco bell anymore is for the crunchwraps, it’s all I order!! Complete waste of $16, I can still taste that rancid stuff in my mouth.
