Horrible! Ordered TWO Crunchwrap Supremes at drive-thru for lunch. Was asked to confirm order on screen, which was correct. After paying at window, waited several minutes for order. Arrived at my office to find order was wrong. One soft taco and something that kind of looked like a Crunchwrap Supreme….. if it had been run over by a truck.
Thanks TacoBell. I won’t be back. And neither will my co-workers when they saw what I was given.

I’ve been trying this Taco Bell location occasionally for the last 20 years and I don’t know if they have ever delivered good service. MAKE SURE you check your order before leaving the property – it’s almost always wrong. The workers will ask you to pull back around at 1am – sitting through the line again takes 30 minutes. Ordered food delivery tonight and here is a pic of my amazing order of fries. Whoever owns this franchise seems to not care at all.

Don’t enter the store, they will look at you but won’t speak. They prioritize the drive-thru window before customers in the store, and will not start making your order until the whole line is clear. 20 minute wait times are common place here.

Colby was the sweetest, he not only opened the door after they closed the dining room, for my friend that needed some sauce, but he also made her a whole new burrito and made sure everything else was perfect! Very professional, and amazing customer service!! Give that guy a raise!!!

No tomatoes, no forks (but they did have 4 whole bins filled with only plastic knifes- but who needs a knife at Taco Bell?), no Diet Pepsi, and their system was down so we couldn’t use the drive thru. This was my go-to location all throughout my childhood. Haven’t actually been inside in the last 15 years+ and I have no desire to return back.
It looks horrible with the “updates”. It’s empty, unwelcoming and just super uncomfortable. The tables are small and the chairs uncomfortable. I’ll stick to the Cortez location.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla in drive thru. Was told they were out of the particular cheese for the quesadilla, so would need to substitute the cheese and apply an upcharge. I replied that did not make sense to me. If they needed to substitute, I should not be subject to the upcharge. The female voice then explained there was not a “button” for her to substitute the cheese without an upcharge. I just responded “nevermind” and drove away. That will be my last visit there!
