I came in for a quick snack tonight. I must admit I was thinking it would be like other Taco Bells I’ve been to in past, I can say happily they were not… The food was hot and came out fast.. I went inside to order thinking it would be easier, it was…. The Young lady( I believe it was Juan) that waited on me was awesome which made it even better… Her customer service skills were welcoming and friendly.. just for that I would give 10 star’s if I could..thank you for a kind smile and great personality I appreciate it and will be back again..

I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande with chicken and requested the nacho sauce on the side. However, they gave me beef instead of chicken. When I pointed this out, they made a new chicken portion that contained less than half of a chicken breast. Additionally, they forgot to include the taco that was supposed to come with my order and did not provide the nacho sauce until I requested it.

They couldn’t/wouldn’t take “walk in” orders at the counter. We HAD to go to a lobby kiosk to place our order. While we did THAT we say man who placed an ONLINE wait 20+ minutes before it was available.

I stood at the counter 6 minutes before someone came up to help me. When I got the order, my nacho cheese container wasn’t even half full. When I asked for more – the lady who helped me was very rude and switched to spanish so I couldn’t understand what she said. The chips were all broken pieces as well.

Better check your take out order. I ordered a few tacos and 2 crunch wrap supreme. Only got one. They cheated on the mist expensive item, of course. My bad that I didn’t check while still there.

Honestly, this is my favorite Taco Bell. The ladies there are so nice every time I go in and almost always get my order right. I’m one of those annoying people who adds stuff to my tacos etc. and they’re always on point. Even with the sauces! And the manager there is this super sweet guy who’s always very friendly at the drive through window. If you want Taco Bell, this is the location to go to!

I don’t think you can really rate fast food with how inconsistent it is place to place, franchise to franchise, but amazing service as always. Very friendly that’s why I’m giving everything a 5. Overall best experiences I’ve had at t bell in my life
