Ordered a chalupa with no pico, nacho fries, and a #9. Had to wait a few mins for a “new batch” of fries, got them with no seasoning what so ever completely naked. They forgot the entire #9 and gave me a random beef taco? Chalupa came with pico. $30 later for an entirely different order. Love Taco Bell, not this one. Go to the McDonald’s across the street if you want what you pay for.

terrible experience. gave me 2 tacos with only sauce in it..no meat when it was ordered to have meat in it. I tried to call back and tell them that they messed up the order and i got hung up on and heard them talking about me. terrible service terrible experience call mcdonald’s or wendy’s if you want a late night meal. Taco bell is disgusting and will never get your order right. and hang up on you when they realize they messed up. Don’t waste your money or time

This taco bell was rude, they got a clear order but gave us the wrong item. How do you screw up on 1 $6.00 taco. Yes the taco was 6 bucks and skimpy. Manager gave refund and apologized. Wouldn’t go back to this place again

They dropped taco Tuesday. 🙁 No explanation. Meant I had to have an awkward and kind of embarrassing conversation with an apathetic employee instead of using the app. The lady who handed me the food was super nice though. This spot delivers reasonably consistent tacos that I keep coming back for, but the nacho fries come cold so I don’t recommend those. Also, heads up, the drive-thru is under construction as of January 2026. Not sure when that’ll be finished. It’s out of commission til then.

Wow backwards and forward, it’s been a minute since I stopped in at this location @ Davis & Collier Blvd ( Naples ). Excellent customer service by Misty Shepard who took my order. I was very impressed from past employee interactions. I ordered the Grilled Burrito Box , wow so much food I didn’t even finish it all. Had to take the Burrito home.

I paid $13 for two burritos that I’ve had at other locations and it was tortillas with a sprinkle of food. I turned around and went back to complain and I was given an even smaller even more empty burritos. I complained again and was then lectured on what’s supposed to be in the burritos as if I didn’t order it and haven’t had it at other locations the right way. This was the biggest waste of time. I should’ve just went to McDonald’s across the street. Would’ve definitely gotten more for my money and not be spoken to slow and rude like I’m dumb by management.

All the food came about halfway full. There was barely any chicken or beef, and just a tiny sprinkle of cheese and lettuce. Even the chalupas were inconsistent—half of them were only half-filled and the others arrived warm like they had been sitting out.
For what you pay, you expect an actual portion, not something that looks like it was thrown together in a rush. I honestly felt like I paid full price for half an order. Really expected better quality.

These were caring workers from our observation in the lobby.
Excellent customer service and we could see our food being made was made with care.
We felt like the employees were vocal and rally made sure they completed each task to perfection.
