What can I say, Taco bell always hits right when your in a pinch to cook or for time. This Taco bell has pretty good service and accuracy,although I highly recommend ordering online and getting it ready as there’s always a line in the drive through at this one-no matter the time or day. I have learned that it’s more cost effective to get the combos than each individual thing “alla cart”. The best of all the fast food options. Always hits the spot after a long night or day ♡

This Taco Bell has never gotten an order right. I ordered the cheesy dipping burritos this time and I got nothing close to their advertised product. The official Taco Bell instagram shows a very different product. I actually went to try this product because everywhere online people that tried it say how good these are and they look like the images online. Also their freeze machine hasn’t worked ever as I have tried to order a Taco Bell freeze at least 3 times. I tried ordering again this time and it’s always “out of order” also tried to order a volcano quesarito and they apparently didn’t have that either. Always a crappy experience at this Taco Bell.

This was the best taco bell I have had in years. It was scorching hot and the cheese melted perfectly over the fresh potatoes. I am an avid go-er of taco bell through Florida and truly, it’s never been better than what I had today. Whoever was in the kitchen around 4:15 on 2/24, thank you endlessly for the love you put into that food

Absolutely atrocious.
Worst taco bell experience ever. Restaurant is not clean, and the entire lobby is full of angry guests. When you get to the counter, you are greeted with a hand written sign saying it will be 30 minutes or more and that that you have to use the kiosks.
This becomes obvious as the only 2 staff members ignore any request to ask a question and just repeat “there are only 2 of us”.
Will not be returning

I’d give them 0 if I could. Always an issue the other day I ordered online and my wife picked it up on her way home. They forgot an item I wasn’t driving back. Made a complaint online because conveniently enough they don’t put the phone number for the store on the receipt so I made a complaint online. Haven’t heard a thing made a second complaint haven’t heard a thing. Just stay away from Taco Bell. You’d be good off.

I don’t usually post negative reviews, but this one deserves to be shared, especially since I haven’t heard back from the management at this location.
On October 11th, I placed an order through the Taco Bell app for myself and my kids. Being in my first trimester, I’ve been craving Taco Bell (don’t ask me why!), but what I received that night was beyond disappointing. The food looked old, sloppy, and poorly prepared, honestly, it was terrible quality. Everything was cold, bland, and just thrown together with zero care.
What makes this worse is that I’ve purchased from this location several times since moving to Cape, and up until now, I’ve always been satisfied. But this experience was so bad that it genuinely made me upset and I’m still upset about it. It’s unacceptable for any customer to receive food that looks and tastes this way, especially from a place I typically enjoy.
I wish I had taken photos to show just how bad it was, it truly felt like a joke. The least management could do is respond or make it right, but unfortunately, that hasn’t happened.

I order this place regularly through delivery apps and I’ve been constantly disappointed. I love places like Taco Bell cause I work weird hours and they’re open late. This one SUCKS. I’ve given them multiple chances. My SO can’t stand tomatoes and I love them. Tonight everything I ordered for him had tomatoes. Everything I received for my order didn’t. I was missing an entire order of nachos too.
The last time I ordered I wanted the frozen strawberry drink. They didn’t have it and just substituted some kind of green Mountain Dew drink.
The time before that I ordered and they were out of beef. They offered steak or chicken at no extra charge. The only issue? I had specifically ordered everything to be with beef because it’s the only thing I like there.
Don’t waste your time.
