The front room cashier/manager was extremely welcoming and made me feel appreciated for being there. I had a rough day and Taco Bell made it better. The food was great and the cook who put my meal together didn’t skimp on anything. It was all great.

Every time I visit this location, the fountain drinks consistently taste like carbonated water with a hint of flavor. No matter which drink I choose from the drive-thru, the result is the same—unpleasant and undrinkable. My Mexican Pizza also required a fork due to how it was prepared, which made it difficult to enjoy.
When I mentioned the issue with the drinks to the staff, the response was dismissive, with a shrug of the shoulders as if the matter was unimportant. It’s disappointing that, despite what I assume are multiple complaints, the problem has not been addressed. This lack of attention reflects poorly on Pepsi products, as the issue seems to stem from improper maintenance or handling at this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and resolves the matter to improve the customer experience.

The woman working the front was so nice, but I asked for 3 sauces and it was on my ticket, and there were zero sauces in my bag. Also I ordered 2 cheesy rollups which I paid for, and only got one my order had 5 items total in it I don’t understand why I was given no sauce and missing an item when it’s all on my order ticket.

Placed a mobile order thinking I’d walk in, grab food, and leave—wild concept, I know. Walked inside with zero issue, only to be told I had to go sit in the drive-thru because the staff was having a Christmas party. So the lobby is open for decorations and celebrations, but not for customers who already paid. If Taco Bell ever adds a “wait in your car while we party” pickup option, this location has it perfected. Ho ho no.

I thought they were tremendous. I got the cravings box. The last day of the limited edition Nacho Fries, this time around. Very fast service. Everything was made out proper. Hot food. Their Dining Room was very nicely laid out and amazingly clean. I go to Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero and Naples Taco Bells. This Taco Bell is easily in my top three Taco Bells. Easy Five stars. I can’t wait to go back.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes being completely ignored by the entire staff, couldn’t order at the kiosk because half the menu was missing, left without ever being spoken to or getting any food. The red head glared a lot. Used to love this Taco Bell before the kiosks

Order from Taco Bell on 41 and Pondella often and it’s great, I accidentally ordered from this location and it was awful. Cheesy Gordita crunch was disgusting, meat tasted old, stale shell. Got the new poblano rolled quesadilla and the steak tasted like it had been sitting out for a good while and the ratio of the sauce to meat was way off, it was like a water filled burrito.

You guys should throw away your food if its old OR over cooked. I just got a cheesy potato that was like chewing on leather. I got a chicken red hot taco and the tenders inside was almost black. Take some pride in your work. If you wouldnt eat it, likely we wouldnt either.

Worst taco bell experience ever. They had no forks (other customers were complaining since they ordered bowls) and no fire sauce. Burritos had one small spoonful of beans (about 1/3 what is normally in a TB burrito), cheese for the nachos was only 1/3 full, chips for nachos were all broken into small pieces, and tacos had smeared beans on the outside of the shell. Manager, you need to stop cutting corners and train your employees better. I’ll go to another location next time.
