Very disappointing. Stopped through the drive through. We ordered a 12 pack of soft taco supreme tacos that cost $34.76 with tax and there was no sourcream on 1 of the tacos. You would think for this price that at least 1 of the 12 tacos would have had some on there.

Good and bad.
Bad review: There is a lady who works during the day and is VERY unfriendly. She snatched our card and completely ignored us when we were trying to get her attention about our drink- She even turned up the sound on her headset when we kept saying “excuse me” and turned her back to us. Didn’t say anything as our bag was handed to us and we ended up forgetting the drink and had to go inside for it.
I understand being busy but we had her multi times on different days and shes the same way.

We had the new Queso with chipotle sauce- . We asked for no sauce and was told there is no sauce on it just to find out there is. Tyler- was awesome and remade the food with 0 sauce. I told him I didn’;t mean to complain i just think its too spicry and he reassured me it was fine and understood.
Tonight we had 3 of the queso and asked sauce on the side. 1 had sauce and all of them hardly had any meat on it. Some even had 0 meat only cheese. Destiny was awesome and took care of remaking it. Loved the night staff.

Our normal to go to Taco Bell. Ordered through the mobile app and waited in line for fifteen minutes and didn’t bother to check my order due to the insanely long line and knowing they would of thrown a fit if I would of went inside. They forgot our nachos and messed up our order. Food was just thrown in the bag and there was no napkins or utensils. Don’t recommend going to this establishment. Presentation was terrible. Very sloppy. No apologies for the long wait either. Talk about wonderful customer service.

This location on this day, at this hour is terribly managed. Friday, December 12, 2025 5:00pm. Only the drive thru were consistently being served. The front counter with customers, was vacant of any employee. Once the manager saw there was a front counter patron, she said the drive thru cashier was busy. Manager talking to employee while manager continued to make product. The employee just talked. The other employees worked tirelessly to serve the drive thru customers. Every table were unclean. Clearly a failing of the talkative manager. With bankruptcies in every corner of the fast food industry, this one is on the slippery slope.

Definitely don’t order through a delivery service. I have had zero issues with this location anytime I have physically gone and ordered but I ordered delivery last night and boy was it disappointing. Let’s start with an entire meal missing. Then the quesadilla had hardly any chicken but that may have been a blessing because the chicken that was there was burnt and dry to the point i couldn’t bite through it. The Crunchwrap was soggy with mushy tomatoes. The chili cheese burrito that I was so excited they brought back never touched the steamer. The tortilla was hard, the chili was dry tasted like they just tossed some beef and cheese on it and a splash of the chili. The one chalupa (out of 3) that showed up was hard yet watery. From someone who has worked at Taco Bell that went though the steamer. The chips and cheese were ok. Spent 41 dollars and the only thing I could actually enjoy were the nachos and cheese. Did get a good 60 sauce packets when I asked for 10 mild and 10 Diablo. I guess that was so the bag felt like it wasn’t missing 3 items. Should also mention I didn’t order late near closing this was unlike 6:45pm. Do better.

I love Taco Bell ,but I’m only giving them one star tonight because everytime I order online through door dash or uber eats there are usually items missing. I work in a restuarant too and I pack orders for doordash and uber eats. I always try my best to make sure those orders are correct.

Stafford always very friendly and helpful and willing to assist wherever they can or fix anything that may have not been correct sometimes drive through weights are a little long but it’s a very popular spot especially later in the night when a lot of restaurants are closed and the options are minimal
