spent 42 dollars and they smashed it all in one bag, ruined my pizza and poured 3 things of fries in the bag with all the grem infested sauce packets then the manager acted like I was ungrateful for not like my food thrown together

Went through the drive through the other day and was literally floored by the charming and professional level of service by the employee in the window. Typically, the person you get at a fast food window is a cabbage with a disgruntled personality that makes you feel like a burden.
Not this guy. I bet he was a district manager or something because he was professional, friendly, funny, and really cared about his job. He was tall, late 20s, beardy, with longish curly hair under his hat.
My whole order was correct, my experience was pleasant, and I’ll be putting this Taco Bell in my regular rotation for as long as they keep up the excellent service.

I come here very often. They know me and appreciate return customers treat you like family at this location. Food is always correct. Food is always hot. Drive-through is always fast. All the employees are courteous.!!!!!!!!! I truly enjoy this location Thank you for being the best Taco Bell in the area !!!!!!!! Me and my family love it

Talk about exceeding expectations! This has to be one of the very best TB locations in central Florida. Excellent customer service; hot, fresh, delicious food. A clean dining room and restroom. They are really 5 Star here, especially when compared to other “fast food” options.

I’m leaving this review because I went to the drive thru tonight and had asked about the new refresher drinks if they had caffeine, the cashier I spoke to I believe her name is Jazmyne stated that they do and I asked if the green tea could be taken off since I do not want the caffeine. She stated that she could do this to accommodate me and that’s when her manager in the back started yelling at her saying “I told you you cannot modify anything!!” He kept going on so The poor girl had to mute the headset because of how he was behaving. I got so angry. It is not okay for these so called managers who probably have no proper training to be speaking to their fellow co workers like this. It was so embarrassing. This girl was so sweet to me and was trying to satisfy the needs of a customer like you would hope she would and this rude, sorry excuse of a “manager” was yelling at her. Even if it is against policy, he could’ve simply state led it in a respectful way. He needs to do better. I did not get his name but I was so angry and felt so sorry for that sweet girl. Whoever you are, DO BETTER! You’re terrible! 5 star service for Jazmyne. The angry disrespectful guy gets a -5.

Guy straight up lied to my face & changed my order. I know for a fact i order the 3 tacos, light lettuce. I watched him completely change my order then preceded to laugh in my face. This location is always like this but hey, it’s pick on me right?? And the guy never gave me the refund receipt and it looks like he charged me again, of course always taking advantage and talking about me.

We came to this location at 1:30. The car before us got food- the worker slammed the window in our face. Worst service ever. So disappointing. He told us “we threw food out” it’s 20 mins before closing.

i love this taco bell so much. taco bell is definitely my favorite fast food, and this location never disappoints! the staff is always so nice here and my order is always correct. they always give us extra sauce and my food is always piping hot and crispy. thank you for opening this taco bell ️❤️
