This taco bell is either the worst or the best depending on the crew working. Sometimes food is cold and cheese is not even melted on your quesadilla or your food could be on point and the service will be incredible. If im going to eat unhealthy fast food than make delicious.

I ordered at the drive thru. I had cashier Keisha S…we’ll that’s what the receipt shows. I ordered a large Vanilla orange cream soda with my lube box. When I got to the window she prepared a small one. I advised I ordered a large. She rolled her eyes and took the small one over to the machine. Slammed what was in the small cup into another cup which is only a tiny bit bigger than the small, and literally pulled the handle on the machine and pushed it right back. It couldn’t have added more than one more sip to the cup. I think it through her over the edge when I advised her they forgot the small nachos and cheese. Should really not work if you don’t like your job Keisha. Taking it out on the customer’s is not the way to go. The food was good though so I will say that.

I arrived at Taco Bell and the initial greeting was very rude. I ordered a Total of seven meals spending $75 and did not receive the orders that I ordered. I was also informed that because it was 45 minutes to closing that their fryers are already down and it could not make any fries. I ordered several of my meals without tomatoes being that my family has a tomato allergy so I just opted to not get tomatoes drove back through the drive-through and informed them that everything had tomatoes by this time because I had to leave and turn around the store was then closing. I was informed that they would take care of me on my next visit. I am so upset and I’m gonna demand a refund tomorrow morning when a manager arrives to the store I definitely recommend this location as it is always an issue when ordering here.

idc how late it is, my food should be what I am paying for. Why am I eating a lettuce and tomato taco and a tomato crunch wrap. I’m not on no diet. horrible. Whoever is working at 1:20am need more training in how to put equal amount of everything in a taco. The order was placed at 12:59 closes at 2 had a whole hour n gave me basically a salad in taco shells, 0 beef jus lettuce cheese

Taco Bell on 27 across from Publix has less than steward service, The people out the window were always rude people at the ordering menu typically rude can never hear what they’re saying they sound with their mile away from the the microphone and usually when you get your food they never really ask if you want sauces they never really ask you he did napkins or anything of that nature is just you pull up to the window and here comes a hand with your bag or drinks and that’s it no thank you have a nice day and anything else that can help you with and he’s again no sauce questions nothing I went and I ordered the other day and I selected the sauces I wanted on the app and upon getting my food I didn’t get nowhere near what I asked for on the app I got a handful of random sauces that I didn’t even ask for So I go back to what I said to the beginning of this post The service is less than stellar The food however is usually always okay but sometimes it’s cold sometimes it’s lukewarm sometimes it even tastes microwaved I do not recommend this location.

I went through the drive through. So I can’t tell you much about the inside of the place, but I don’t really have much to say about this place. Other than I know, I’ve ordered a bowl and I was told that it was a large when I got my bowl, it barely had any food in it. I’d probably never go back to this place. I was hungry.I actually had to leave that restaurant and go to another place to get some food to eat .

Waited was totally ignored. Customer service is awful. Perfect on how to close the business and shut down treat customers like an inconvenience instead of what they truly are. We’ll never stop here again.
